If you held this and a new one side by side, I wouldn't be able to tell. The chipset is absolutely blazing fast and screen is amazing. Camera amazing. This is the best phone for the money IMO. I was worrying about the product because it was a refurbished device but when I received it, it was flawless, the screen is nice, no cracks (I ordered the excellent condition), the back of the phone feels nice and new, overall the phone feels new, performs like never used. the only issue I had was that the charging cable that came with it was a bit slow and the sim card pin they give me was for a iphone. ... show more

When I cracked my phone I decided to upgrade. So looked into the new Samsung 24+. I was shocked at the price so decided to go with a refurbished one. The price was not bad. Once I got it the appearance and the quality was great. Couldn't tell it was used at all. So far the performance has been superb. Only issue I had was , Straight Talk doesn't work with this phone even though it's an unlocked phone. So buyer be aware. But other than that it's been great. ... show more

The first thing I noticed was the shipping box busted on the bottom. Next the camera didn't work (says... camera failed), the flashlight would not work, and it has a lot of glitches and has difficulty with any app that needs these functions. Shame I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24+ T-Mobile unlocked 256GB NEW NOT REFURBISHED. I did not receive that. Quite the opposite actually, a Samsung Galaxy S24+ only unlocked and definitely not new. More issues to be found if I continue to look into this phone 1000%...Ugh, moving on . Next, it costs me approximately $40 to activate this phone to my cellular plan. So for sending a bunk model, I'm forced to pay an extra $80 to keep a working phone that i thought was a good buy, but a offhand company:( Amazon says they will fix the issue, haven't heard in days when. Super sad it worked out this way. I'll know better next time. Hopefully others will now as well. Happy phone shopping (anywhere but here)... :(- Really disappointed 10000% ... show more

Beautiful phone as advertised. My phone would self shut down and couldn't play any videos. My tech suport was to restart the phone. The equivalent of turn the computer off and back on....I had already reset to factory and tried everything I could complete with web search to help fix my issue. The only solution was to return the phone because. " they couldn't help not seeing the phone" never so much as any effort for support but turn it off and back on. I had no choice but to return it and was refunding promptly. The lack of any tech suport was and the packaging were my only issues. My phone came wraped in a fed ex envelope, in another envelope. No battery paperwork like I had to attach in the return and nothing buy dumb luck protecting the phone on its journey to me. I was glad I had amazon to help with the return. I have bought refurbished and will do so again. ... show more
