I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from this seller and discovered that the device is Knox enrolled, which means it’s still registered to a company or organization. This is a corporate-locked device, not meant for resale to regular customers like me. Because of this lock, I can’t get software updates, and many features are restricted. Samsung confirmed I can’t remove the lock unless I’m part of the original company — which I’m not. This kind of phone should never be sold to consumers, and it was not disclosed in the product description. I had to contact Amazon support for a refund. If you’re considering buying a phone here, double-check that it’s not enrolled or restricted, or you may end up with a useless device. ... show more

Buying this phone was such a wise decision. It arrived in perfect condition. I put in my old SIMS card and was able to make calls, text, etc immediately. The phone works marvelously. The picture quality, sound, etc is remarkable. If you are looking for a great phone purchase this one.

Great so far! Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Took it to Boost Mobile and had no issues activating it. (They activate unlocked phones for $46). Much more touch sensitive than my previous phone, the Galaxy S20 FE. Camera and audio also much better. Would definitely recommend!
