I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from this seller and discovered that the device is Knox enrolled, which means it’s still registered to a company or organization. This is a corporate-locked device, not meant for resale to regular customers like me. Because of this lock, I can’t get software updates, and many features are restricted. Samsung confirmed I can’t remove the lock unless I’m part of the original company — which I’m not. This kind of phone should never be sold to consumers, and it was not disclosed in the product description. I had to contact Amazon support for a refund. If you’re considering buying a phone here, double-check that it’s not enrolled or restricted, or you may end up with a useless device. ... show more

Great so far! Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Took it to Boost Mobile and had no issues activating it. (They activate unlocked phones for $46). Much more touch sensitive than my previous phone, the Galaxy S20 FE. Camera and audio also much better. Would definitely recommend!
