Phone arrived unlocked and in good working order. There was one visible scratch on the screen that I didn't expect, but I reached out to the sellers who apologised and worked with me. Other than that, excellent phone and I hope to enjoy it for years to come (I don't update my phone regularly)!!!

The phone I received was a phone that was reported as stolen per Verizon CSR. Upon running 4 hours of updates on this phone. Then the phone would not work on the mobile network. The phone then destroyed my SIM card from my old phone. Not a Samsung issue.

This phone doesn't see the wi-fi in certain apps that it used to work in. Google play is corrupted and doesn't work at all. Disappointed in this purchase.
