The refurbished phone came in looking like a new phone. Its used but it is in great shape. Its a gamble when ordering a refurbished phone and this one is a winner. The SAMSUNG Galaxy S24 FE is just "OK" as phones go. Set up was super simple and once I inserted the Straight Talk SIM card, it connected instantly. Pros are the camera quality and speed also the call sound quality is great. The cons are lack of SD card means limited storage and the HDMI out/ USB C will not connect to the TV screen like my older phone. It was refurbished I know I know but why they had to put a cheap display on it. Dropped it onces from like 2 feet by accident and I got a black screen. I even had a screen protector which was intact but the internal display got messed up. That happen within a month after I received it. I went back to my old galaxy s20 ultra I feel like I never bought a s24 fe I'm not missing it at all but I did waste my money. Now I need to gather some extra cash to go get that display repaired with a decent display brand. My s20 ultra has been through a lot and this s24 fe literally left the chat after a small drop with a case and screen protector. This phone was advertised as being in excellent condition, and it was delivered as promised, and the cost was less than half the cost of buying new. I was somewhat apprehensive about buying a used phone, but it looks and functions like a new phone, with fast responsiveness and outstanding battery life, and Amazon provides a 1-year warranty. I bought the Galaxy S24 FE because I wanted a good phone, not a “sell a kidney and your soul” phone. Samsung understood the assignment. Performance? Fast. Smooth. No tantrums. Apps open instantly, multitasking doesn’t stutter, and I haven’t once had the urge to yell at my screen. For everyday use, and then some. It absolutely holds its own. The display is gorgeous. Bright, sharp, buttery smooth, and visible even when the sun is trying to personally attack you. Scrolling feels premium. Watching videos feels premium. Existing feels premium. Camera-wise, this thing delivers. Photos are crisp, colors look natural (not radioactive), and low-light shots don’t turn into blurry crime-scene evidence. I’m not a professional photographer, but I do have standards, and this clears them easily. Battery life has been solid. I can go a full day without hovering near an outlet. And fast charging means when I do plug it in, it doesn’t waste my time. What really sells it, though, is that this phone doesn’t feel like a “budget” compromise. It feels like Samsung took a flagship, shaved off the price, and left the important stuff intact. No gimmicks, no weird corners cut, no regret spiral after checkout.     • Screen arrived dented despite “Excellent Condition” listing

The phone arrived with no software or hardware issues — everything works perfectly. I purchased it listed as Excellent Condition, which mentioned possible minor scratches on the body, and that was totally acceptable to me. However, the main problem is the screen. Instead of small scratches, the display has several impact marks that slightly deformed the surface in multiple areas. The damage isn’t very noticeable when looking at the phone straight on, but it becomes visible under certain lighting or angles. Because the screen is no longer completely flat, I wasn’t able to properly install a tempered glass screen protector since air bubbles remain where the surface is uneven. The phone also has some scratches on the frame and a visible scratch on the camera lens, although it does not affect photo quality. Cosmetic wear on the body is understandable for a refurbished device, but a deformed screen should not be classified as Excellent Condition. Overall, the phone functions well, but the screen condition was disappointing and did not match the advertised grading. ... show more
