I "downgraded" from the galaxy S24+, but this one is so much better because it doesn't feel like I'm carrying around a mini tablet; it actually feels like a phone. It functions great. The quality on this refurbished phone is amazing! There were some scuffs but it isn't noticeable with even a clear case. It's very fast, has good battery life, and doesn't overheat like my old S21+.

UPDATE 3/6/2026: This cell phone is BLOCKED and can not be used. I woke up today and my phone just doesn't work all of a sudden. Can't send or receive text messages, can't make or receive phone calls. Wasted two hours of my work day trying to trouble shoot a phone that can't be fixed. The phone is Blocked because whoever sold it still owed money on it. The Seller who buys these phones either doesn't have a way of verifying whether or not the phone is blocked. Or if they do have a way, they simply don't care. I then had to call TMobile and spend 15 minutes on my roommates phone in order to find out what happened to my phone. They told me it has been BLOCKED. And it can never be used again. I run a small business and rely HEAVILY on my cell phone for many reasons. I paid over $300 dollars, in good faith, for a phone that was BLOCKED and Unusable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was a little worried about buying a Renewed Cell Phone. I purchased this "new" phone because my old phone was over 6 years old. And it was no longer able to update certain apps due to security features being outdated. My old phone wouldn't update past Android 12. I use my phone mostly for my small business, but also occasionally for looking things up or checking email. I have been using my Samsung Galaxy S24 for two days now. Ever since it arrived, I have been nothing but impressed! For the record, I am rarely ever impressed by anything. This phone, which I'm using right now to write this review, was easy to setup, transfer my TMobile service to and to use. Everything works Like New. The screen is absolutely flawless, exactly as advertised. Screen looks fantastic and works perfectly. Touch screen works perfectly. Battery has a lot of life left in it. Holds a charge for more than a day, even with regular use. Overall, this is a very nice phone for a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase this again. Just got it so I don't know what battery life is like. I do like that the tiny battery icon shows up on my screen without being intrusive. It's been on for over an hour without charging and battery life is at 99, so that's promising. What I do like: Camera outside in blinding daylight is awesome, SO MUCH BETTER than my 5 y.o. Samsung A32. Takes great nighttime pix, even without nighttime icon. Also, I've adjusted the screen to be bright enough without eating up power. And, the size. I LOVE smaller phones, it's one of the main reasons I chose this model. What I don't like (REALLY don't like): To turn off the phone, you have to press both the power button and the lower volume button. C'mon, is this the 1990s? Samsung could have done better than that. I also don't like that it's advertised having a phone jack. NO IT DOESN'T. You have to get a special gadget to plug into the recharger slot, then plug in your line, etc. That's false advertising. It's also loaded with bloatware [useless apps] which I've removed. Further comments: It is basically in excellent condition, save for some slight wear on top, but a case cover takes care of that problem. ... show more

I was supposed to receive the phone today (8-05-2026) but I was just informed that I won't get it until 08-11-2026. Why a week longer? It doesn't give me the option for a refund either. Not worth it. Just buy a different type of phone or be prepared to repair this one after a while if you get it. Just be warned, if you see anything wrong with the phone AT ALL, make sure to complain in the first two weeks, otherwise if you return after that because some issues develops over time (because their phone repairs can be shoddy), they will blame YOU for the damage and even damage the phone came with. Mine had a streak along the left side that developed into ink blotches over time and a horizontal artifact along the screen. They told me it was my fault. The only thing i did wrong was not complain about the streak on the screen that caused the blotches and artifact, because they all are on top of the streak that CAME with the phone. Don't let anything go if you see a problem and save yourself 50% of the price, because that's all i was refunded. At least the customer service was responsive, so they have that going for them. ... show more
