Had this S24 for a week now. It looks absolutely brand new. Works fabulously. I am so happy with this phone I would recommend it to my best friends in a snap. It came from YYWireless and they really did a very good job with this one. I've had a few smart phones before, and they were all good for their time. Of course, none as great as this S24. UPDATE 3/6/2026: This cell phone is BLOCKED and can not be used. I woke up today and my phone just doesn't work all of a sudden. Can't send or receive text messages, can't make or receive phone calls. Wasted two hours of my work day trying to trouble shoot a phone that can't be fixed. The phone is Blocked because whoever sold it still owed money on it. The Seller who buys these phones either doesn't have a way of verifying whether or not the phone is blocked. Or if they do have a way, they simply don't care. I then had to call TMobile and spend 15 minutes on my roommates phone in order to find out what happened to my phone. They told me it has been BLOCKED. And it can never be used again. I run a small business and rely HEAVILY on my cell phone for many reasons. I paid over $300 dollars, in good faith, for a phone that was BLOCKED and Unusable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was a little worried about buying a Renewed Cell Phone. I purchased this "new" phone because my old phone was over 6 years old. And it was no longer able to update certain apps due to security features being outdated. My old phone wouldn't update past Android 12. I use my phone mostly for my small business, but also occasionally for looking things up or checking email. I have been using my Samsung Galaxy S24 for two days now. Ever since it arrived, I have been nothing but impressed! For the record, I am rarely ever impressed by anything. This phone, which I'm using right now to write this review, was easy to setup, transfer my TMobile service to and to use. Everything works Like New. The screen is absolutely flawless, exactly as advertised. Screen looks fantastic and works perfectly. Touch screen works perfectly. Battery has a lot of life left in it. Holds a charge for more than a day, even with regular use. Overall, this is a very nice phone for a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase this again. I've had this for well over a year now, close to two, and I am VERY happy with the phone. Starting to have battery issues, but then they are designed that way. I really like android and Samsung, but unless I can start replacing a battery in their phones (like I used to in the past) I'll go to another brand in which I am able to do that ... show more

The phone came quickly and was in excellent conditions. The response of there service team is good. Because I am using a contract cellular service, there is no voice mail app from the ISP. Older version of Samsung phones had a built in app that worked. At Sometimes this has been dropped from the product load. I went over this issue with the supplier for 3 days. The first 2 they suggested solutions I had already tried. Finally they confirmed that there was no app available and a solution using Google voice with a transfer phone line is the work around. Although I did not get the answer I wanted, they did try to provide information for a solution ... show more

The phone itself is pretty good however it lacks a lot of customization that I used to see on my Ultra. Pretty durable considering I drop my phone at least 3 times a day and it still hasn't cracked. If you like taking pictures or downloading videos definitely go for a higher stoarge version.

The device is excellent. Beware of sellers though. We bought from YY Wireless, and 5 months later it was blocked on T-Mobile. I spent days getting it unblocked with them. Lot's shady sellers on here selling devices that are stolen or breach of contract. The phone itself is amazing though, so that should not affect the review of the product. Buyer beware! ... show more
