The quality on this refurbished phone is amazing! There were some scuffs but it isn't noticeable with even a clear case. It's very fast, has good battery life, and doesn't overheat like my old S21+.

UPDATE 3/6/2026: This cell phone is BLOCKED and can not be used. I woke up today and my phone just doesn't work all of a sudden. Can't send or receive text messages, can't make or receive phone calls. Wasted two hours of my work day trying to trouble shoot a phone that can't be fixed. The phone is Blocked because whoever sold it still owed money on it. The Seller who buys these phones either doesn't have a way of verifying whether or not the phone is blocked. Or if they do have a way, they simply don't care. I then had to call TMobile and spend 15 minutes on my roommates phone in order to find out what happened to my phone. They told me it has been BLOCKED. And it can never be used again. I run a small business and rely HEAVILY on my cell phone for many reasons. I paid over $300 dollars, in good faith, for a phone that was BLOCKED and Unusable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was a little worried about buying a Renewed Cell Phone. I purchased this "new" phone because my old phone was over 6 years old. And it was no longer able to update certain apps due to security features being outdated. My old phone wouldn't update past Android 12. I use my phone mostly for my small business, but also occasionally for looking things up or checking email. I have been using my Samsung Galaxy S24 for two days now. Ever since it arrived, I have been nothing but impressed! For the record, I am rarely ever impressed by anything. This phone, which I'm using right now to write this review, was easy to setup, transfer my TMobile service to and to use. Everything works Like New. The screen is absolutely flawless, exactly as advertised. Screen looks fantastic and works perfectly. Touch screen works perfectly. Battery has a lot of life left in it. Holds a charge for more than a day, even with regular use. Overall, this is a very nice phone for a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase this again. I really enjoy this phone, the battery life can go for 36 hours even with some pretty good use. However if you have your brightness on too high then it won't last as long. The phone is beautiful and sleek. It doesn't feel bulky or large in my pocket. I am able to add a phone wallet to the back and it still feels a good size. I promptly put it in a case, as I drop my phone all the time, and the screen hasn't cracked at all. Seems durable. The screen does not have a protector and I put this phone in my purse, pockets, dropped on the ground and it doesn't have any issues with scratches which I am very happy with. The camera is superb. Which, if I'm honest, is the biggest reason I bought a new phone. I am so happy with all the features this phone has. ... show more

I was supposed to receive the phone today (8-05-2026) but I was just informed that I won't get it until 08-11-2026. Why a week longer? It doesn't give me the option for a refund either. My phone worked fine for two months but then the screen started glitching out. First it was a vertical line of discoloration up one side and then the bottom quarter of the screen started flashing black. Now the bottom quarter of the screen is black most of the time so I can't see the keyboard to type. I tried to return the phone and was still within the return window but the seller told me that they would charge me a 50% restocking fee because they thought it was an LCD problem and LCD problems aren't covered under the warranty. We were getting close to the end of the return window so I asked for a return label and they stalled, advising me that it wasn't a good idea to return the phone. Eventually the return window passed and they immediately stopped responding to me. The Galaxy S24 seems like a good phone but I wouldn't buy a refurbished one from this seller.
