Phone was packaged well and arrived with no noticeable scratches or dings. Battery is in good shape and lasts about 2.5 days on a charge with light use. OS reports that battery is in good health. No issues connecting to my Ubiquiti WiFi 7 AP on 2.5/5/6 GHz; peak link speed is over 2.6 Gbps. Decent 5G coverage in my area which uses hybrid LTE/5G-NR radios; no weird call dropping. No Bluetooth issues so far. Speakers and microphone are clear. Phone was SIM locked to T-Mobile, which T-Mobile unlocked upon request in person. No problem reflashing firmware to the U1 edition with Odin, which removes a lot of the T-Mobile bloatware. Works great with Mint Mobile. In comparison to my older Galaxy S10e: glad to see the rounded screen corners and Bixby button gone. The screen auto-brightness and fingerprint reader work much better. The S-View cover doesn't support touch, but it doesn't block the rear camera anymore, either. The Gemini AI stuff is everywhere and is difficult to remove. Samsung is more insistent on you creating and linking a Samsung account. A number of home screen widgets have weird font issues. Using a USB-C headphone dongle is annoying and I'm worried that the USB-C port will break over time. ... show more

Despite being refurbished, this phone looks basically new. The battery capacity is at 100% and there's no scratches nor dents on the phone, for half the msrp this is a good deal. Happy with the purchase!

I'm very pleased with this phone. I ordered the t mobile version and it works great. I popped in my Sim card, turned it on, and it set itself up. After a month of use, I'm still pleased. The battery holds it charge well and the phone looks like new. I would repurchase this.

It does what it needs to do. It held up to its name. I had it for a year and it worked perfectly. Everything was in tact, everything was functioning perfectly, no scratches no dents no nothing. Only issue i had was when the ui 7 update came out I wasn't able to get it. I don't know must have been a region thing but all in all it was a great phone ... show more

    • Beware of "unlocked"

Be careful buying "unlocked" unless it's factory unlocked. While it may work on any network you will not receive updates for the phone if it was previously locked to another network because the software is locked to a network. My phone was telling me it was up to date even though it was on Android 14 rather than Android 16. I did a few hours of research on Reddit and learned the above information and how to fix it. It requires downloading Samsung firmware from Frija and a program called ODIN and reformatting the phones software. It's not hard but it is time consuming. If your not up for the challenge, skip this device. From my research it seems to only be the s24 models with this problem. The only reason I did not return the phone was it was in excellent condition and I paid $350 for it so it still seemed like steal even with 8hra of my life dedicated to fixing it. ... show more

Honestly it took a but of trouble trouble shooting and a long night to get this to work, but for the price I got it for i really can't complain. Apart from the initial hiccup and connecting it to my network carrier it's been smooth sailing no issues in almost the 3 months I've had it, it's got a scuffs on the bottom right but honestly that's the least of my worries since it lives in a case. ... show more
