    • This phone is basically a full fledged desktop PC in your pocket!
I have been using Samsung Phones for over a decade and have always been impressed with their quality. When smartphones became a thing, I like using the Samsung Galaxy Note line because the stylus always gave me an edge with an extra means to quickly jot down information. I was sad to hear that they got rid of the Note line, but am very happy that they included the Stylus on the Ultra version of the Samsung Galaxy S23. For those people who are unfamiliar the stylus allows you to take a quick note on the blank "closed" screen and has Bluetooth functionality that I personally use to activate the camera and take a photo. Another added feature that not too many people seem to utilize is the DEX functionality. This feature allows you to use your phone as a computer when you connect a Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse. This is done (usually) by using a USB c to HDMI type adapter or dock. This alone is amazing for me because I am able to use my phone as a dedicated desktop while traveling. You can not use Windows or Apple programs as far as I know; you are limited to the apps that are available on the app store (both Google's and Samsung's).     • A quality phone with little sign of wear.
Product arrived on time and in good condition. Some minor signs of prior use but nothing major. No issues in moving data from my previous Samsung phone. Working fine so far, about three weeks. I would suggest better packing as the phone was loose in the box and bouncing around.

    • Very good Phone but it was LOCKED
The phone was listed as "Unlocked" and it wasn't. It was an AT&T phone that would not accept my T-Mobile SIM card. The phone was listed in "good condition" but the phone was actually in "great condition". Too bad it was locked or else I would've kept it.

I hooked up my Truconnect service and my daughter hooked up her Qlink service with no issues!! Great phone and fast shipping. Battery life is OK but all phones now days suck. Amazing camera!! No issues with phone at all! Price was a little Higher than I hoped but I did buy as I had confidence it would not be another fake phone.
