    • This phone is basically a full fledged desktop PC in your pocket!
I have been using Samsung Phones for over a decade and have always been impressed with their quality. When smartphones became a thing, I like using the Samsung Galaxy Note line because the stylus always gave me an edge with an extra means to quickly jot down information. I was sad to hear that they got rid of the Note line, but am very happy that they included the Stylus on the Ultra version of the Samsung Galaxy S23. For those people who are unfamiliar the stylus allows you to take a quick note on the blank "closed" screen and has Bluetooth functionality that I personally use to activate the camera and take a photo. Another added feature that not too many people seem to utilize is the DEX functionality. This feature allows you to use your phone as a computer when you connect a Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse. This is done (usually) by using a USB c to HDMI type adapter or dock. This alone is amazing for me because I am able to use my phone as a dedicated desktop while traveling. You can not use Windows or Apple programs as far as I know; you are limited to the apps that are available on the app store (both Google's and Samsung's).     • Galaxy S23 Ultra is a Beast!
This phone is a beast. It's amazing how fast and powerful it is compared to my old iPhone. The camera is phenomenal it's such a great value too, as I have 512 GB compared to 64 GB on my old phone. It was a day late because of a delay outside of their processing so I understand that was something probably beyond their control. The phone was definitely worth the wait. ... show more

Not super happy about the condition of one of these two phones that I just purchased. One has a noticeable crack starting roughly 1/4 of an inch from the top left corner and hair lining towards the center of the screen. Id say good condition but not what I'd consider excellent. The other(which I'm writing this from) as of now seems to be an excellent condition phone. Will update as I notice more/ if problems arise ... show more

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed! I just received the phone today, and to my utter dismay, upon inserting my SIM card, it displayed the dreaded message: "Emergency calls only." I immediately contacted my courier, only to be informed that the phone is locked. They directed me to call Samsung to ascertain which carrier it's locked to. After enduring the agony of being on hold, Samsung confirmed my worst fears—it's locked to T-Mobile! Why on earth do you claim on Amazon that it's unlocked when it clearly isn't?! I've wasted over two precious hours transferring everything from my old phone to this one, only to discover that I can't even use it! This is completely unacceptable! I will be returning this defective device, and rest assured, I will be warning everyone I know about this appalling experience. ... show more

Phone arrived rolled up in a bubble wrap pouch inside of a box . Came with a cord, a power brick, and a sim card slot tool. Phone powered on with no issues. Came factory unlocked not carrier unlocked which is appreciated. Cameras all work. Screen works well with no issues. Good clarity, no scratches or anything. Small cosmetic damage on top to the shell. Strange metallic wear pattern on top edge. Not excellent condition. S pen works immediately, some crud Came out with pen when removed but easily brushed off and cleaned with little effort. Charging port is visibly clean. Holds firm to charger, not loose at all. Charging works. Able to access files via cable computer connection. Bluetooth works without issue, sim card was accepted, Both speakers sound clear with no crackling or muffled sound. Was able to transfer all my files over with no issues either Battery life is to be seen but that kind of thing is to be expected with refurbished phones. ... show more
