This is a refurbished phone, but you can't tell that it has been. For the one I bought it may have been barely used or open box because of the immaculate condition it's in I know several people have said that it isn't unlocked, but I can say at least mine was. It's always important to see if the model name is 'S918U1', without that 1 at the end it means it's locked to a carrier. See attached photo. The other thing is if they used an aftermarket screen or not, but rest assured this comes with the factory screen or an exact replacement. You can always tell because the aftermarket ones have rounded corners instead of the square "edge to edge" screen. The S-Pen also works as expected. I was a little worried after I made this purchase because some of the reviews. Then it arrived and it was like brand new, all except a little dust were the pen goes in, it was perfect! Someone actually asked me if it was the 25 and I had to tell them no. I waited a few days before posting a review to make sure that it would stay functioning and so far, so good. It does have a 90 day warranty and I purchased the additional warranty, it's just a good idea. It is a Samsung at the end of the day and they are notorious for green screen, and now not picking up network but I am a Samsung girl for life. I just had my Galaxy s23 ultra 1 TB arrive a couple days ago. The phone itself is in really good condition. I don't know if it's a refurbished one or a brand new one. But it looks brand new. I had a Galaxy s 23 ultra previously that had less storage on it and had a couple other issues. The finger print sensor and Bluetooth pen wasn't working on my previous phone. So upgrading to this one is really nice. It's working really fast and having no issues. My only complaint would be the shipping. But that wasn't on the company shipping it. I'm assuming it was FedEx's fault. Because I spent $50 for overnight. But it ended up still taking them like 5 days to deliver it. So really that's on FedEx. But this phone seems to be in really good condition. It also came with a double sided type C cable and a type C cable box. It arrived in bubble wrap inside of a phone size box. So the company selling it took good care in packaging it. I'd buy from them again. ... show more

Edit: Camera works as it should! I love this phone and I'm going to get some lens covers for extra protection. Bought a different phone from this seller and that one arrived in perfect condition. I don't usually leave reviews but this is such an important purchase. Took my time to look it over when I received it and it almost seems brand new. It was packed really well and included a basic charger. My only concern is damage to the top left camera. I guess it took a fall at some point as there's scuffs/dents on the outer rim and a questionable scuff inside the lens between the center and left side. I was prepared for some cosmetic damage, but since the camera is one of the main features of this phone I can't help but be a little disappointed- hence the 4 stars. I'm still going to give it a try. Once I can properly test the camera I'll update this review as necessary. ... show more

Bought the S23U in excellent condition, it came exactly in that condition. Very beautiful, looks like it's basically brand new, works perfectly fine. I see it says in alot of these reviews that the devices came locked and mines did not. Checked the imei and it's fully unlocked, connected to my T-Mobile eSim with absolutely no issues. Arrived in generic packaging with only a cheap USB cord. No AC adapter. No SIM slot key. Phone was aesthetically in new condition. S pen will not eject. Pried it out with a needle and cleaned it. Blew compressed air in s pen sheath and swabbed it completely to free dust. S pen appears to have faulty spring. Does not click as described. Have only had product for 24 hours.
