I bought this refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra and I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with great battery performance. It works like new: the screen is amazing, the camera quality is impressive, and the system runs super smoothly. Software working as intended, I stressed the phone with multiple test and it’s result were as intended or event better than the average. Arrived in generic packaging with only a cheap USB cord. No AC adapter. No SIM slot key. Phone was aesthetically in new condition. S pen will not eject. Pried it out with a needle and cleaned it. Blew compressed air in s pen sheath and swabbed it completely to free dust. S pen appears to have faulty spring. Does not click as described. Have only had product for 24 hours.
