I unfortunately had the experience of buying an S23 Ultra on ebay and while trying to get the phone to work, I received and MCK code error. I called up Tmobile with the serial number and they confirmed the phone was either stolen or had a balance to pay off before I could use my Sim card in it for myself. Long story short, I returned that one and bought this one on Amazon. Took my Sim card out of my S22 and threw it in this S23 Ultra and it fired right up and was able to use. I tried the s22 ultra, amd was not impressed. (it wouldn't do fast or super fast charging. Which is a big deal for me because it's a large battery) So i got the s23 instead. Know before you buy - as the seller does not list this ANYWHERE in the listing - this phone does NOT have wi-fi calling capabilities and there is no way to 'add' or install this function in the phone. I have to go outside to make calls, even in my own home. It entirely defeated the purpose for me and I am considering returning it, which is such a disappointment because it really is an amazing phone for a great deal. Seller - please make this abundantly clear in your listing - it is 2024, there should be no reason why a phone is manufactured without this capability in a world run by wi-fi. ... show more

Love this phone, currently using it for this review. Wonderful camera for capturing memories. This stylus is just a great touch for typing, or if even using it on mobile games. Been so happy with this phone and the purchase was so worth it. Having a dual sim system has really helped since I went traveling overseas. It was very easy to have an extra slot for the sim card. I bought my first one, it immediately had blinking screen , battery lasted about 6 hours (barely any use), phone calls distorted, echoing, restarted many times no support except call Samsung. Appparently it's a new device and told to return it to this place. I took 8 days to credit my account. Amazon won't give me my money back. I had to order another device from this place. Again, same issues but worse. Had to call Samsung. Send my phone to an authorized dealer which will take a week, and then who knows. I have to buy a temporary phone just to get my new device fixed. BTW- the issues happen immediately when starting up the phones- yes, Plural. As it stands, I cant get my money back from Amazon. ... show more
