As soon as the phone was setup, hacking started. All of personal and business accounts were hacked. My emails hacked, passwords. Facebook and my business Facebook hacked. I can't access them. Received emails demanding bitcoins to stop. The hacker even said we are watching you thru your new phone. This is extortion. Put ads on my FB pages selling items and collecting monies from buyers. We had to call Samsung. Still trying to sort it out after a month. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!! It's been 3 weeks and I still am trying to stop the hackers that put a skimmer in my refurbished phone. I'm out $750 plus buying this phone from Amazon!!! I now need to save money to buy another phone. I need one I can actually use without a hacker watching me. This has hurt my business immensely!! ... show more

About this phone used in excellent condition. The phone was delivered on time with 2-day shipping. The phone was well packaged and had no damage. The phone itself is basically brand new. There are no scratches on the body or the screen, the S Pen works, all features on the phone work and battery life is great. The camera on this phone is the best camera I've had on a cell phone. The zoom feature works really well and there's even a magnifying icon that you can add to the home screen to use. There are so many different ways to customize the phone. Everything works I did realize a tiny bit of glue on the corner, it's blind to the naked eye from afar but it's fine!
