Phone is great. No imperfections, scratches, or defects. Color is a little pinker than it looked online but all is good, most have cases anyway. I bought this one for the camera and it delivers. Camera is as good as the newer models so if you're looking to save some money, get the 23. Storage size was accurate as well. System works like new. Transferring from my old phone was an absolute breeze. Charger works well. Battery life is okay, not amazing. If I didn't know better, I'd think it's a brand new phone. I came from a Note 20 ultra, and I think this s pen is actually better and smoother.     • The ideal phone for an incredible price

So far, do good. The renewed one I bought here was labeled as "good" but only had one little knick on it in an unnoticeable place. Takes great photos and the screen is better than any I've had. Phone has a slight bit more weight than other lesser models I've had, but its not much more and its got a compacted type of weight feel. Its not out of balance either. Its easy to hold without ever tiring. Every app seems snappy and theres relatively no delay from touch to response. I felt frustrated with other phones from time to time when there was a cumulative frustration of wait times and glitches. With this phone it's been a relief. How much is that worth? Quite a bit to me. I don't think phones have come that much further in the past couple of years when this came out for $1200 or so. At $400 I got a very capable piece of equipment. Anything I might have bought for less would have not have been an upgrade and I'm not sure if there are any other renewed phones under $600 that could compare with this one. I usually shop around a lot before I buy things but when I saw this I knew I found a good deal. I'm really looking forward to astrophotography and as a person that packs light and doesn't like clutter, it's great to have the remote for the camera built into the s-pen which stores right back into the phone afterwards. No muss no fuss. For those that dont know, this phone is very capable of taking good photos of the stars and it helps to have the remote so that it doesn't shake that slight smount by pushing the touchscreen. I didnt have a problem with moving my sim card from the old phone to the new. Would have helped to have a tool come with the phone but I found one in my storage, so no biggie. Internet from cellular and wifi is nice and smooth, faster than my old phone in all the places I routinely frequent. GPS does well at staying connected when I'm going into the mountains. The speakers on this are loud and clear. Charges very very fast with a new 45watt charger block I bought for it. Doesn't seem to run out of juice as fast as my other phones. Partly because its more efficient and partly because its got a bit more battery mAh. I did buy lense protectors for it but it came with some on already so now I have a backup set. Ive dropped this phone a couple of times in its slim otterbox commuter case and nothing bad came from it, so its sturdy. I also had to grab the phone from in my shower and hot water all over it and its water resistance does seem to be as expected. All in all, I'm glad I got this and it helps I got it at a great price. ... show more

I bought this refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra and I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with great battery performance. It works like new: the screen is amazing, the camera quality is impressive, and the system runs super smoothly. The only downside is that it didn’t come with the original box, but it was well protected and included a charger. For the price I paid compared to a new one, the value for money is excellent. Got the phone in excellent condition. Worked perfectly as described. Factory unlocked and all. The only problem was the charger that it came with, was not powerful enough to charge it up out the box. I had to use a different charger. That is why it got 4 stars for me.

Arrived in generic packaging with only a cheap USB cord. No AC adapter. No SIM slot key. Phone was aesthetically in new condition. S pen will not eject. Pried it out with a needle and cleaned it. Blew compressed air in s pen sheath and swabbed it completely to free dust. S pen appears to have faulty spring. Does not click as described. Have only had product for 24 hours.
