Phone is great. No imperfections, scratches, or defects. Color is a little pinker than it looked online but all is good, most have cases anyway. I bought this one for the camera and it delivers. Camera is as good as the newer models so if you're looking to save some money, get the 23. Storage size was accurate as well. System works like new. Transferring from my old phone was an absolute breeze. Charger works well. Battery life is okay, not amazing. If I didn't know better, I'd think it's a brand new phone. I came from a Note 20 ultra, and I think this s pen is actually better and smoother. I only wish the screen was flat as it's hard to find protectors that fit, but otherwise I love my new (older) phone! ... show more

I was honestly surprised by how good the condition was for a renewed phone. The S23 Ultra arrived clean, fully functional, and without any noticeable scratches on the screen or back. Battery health says good and the phone performs just as fast as a brand new model. The cameras are sharp, the screen is bright and smooth, and the overall performance is great for multitasking, gaming, and everyday use. I bought the 1TB version and the extra storage has been a huge benefit. There is plenty of space for videos, photos, apps, and files without worrying about filling it up. Everything set up quickly and the phone has been reliable with no glitches or issues so far. If you want the S23 Ultra but do not want to pay full price, the renewed version is a great value. The phone works, but it has scratches and scuffs on the corners. The pen doesn't work; it's stuck inside the phone and the only way to remove it is with a pin. The battery, as the description says, is at 80%, but with daily use it lasts around 9-10 hours.
