I bought this refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra and I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with great battery performance. It works like new: the screen is amazing, the camera quality is impressive, and the system runs super smoothly. The only downside is that it didn’t come with the original box, but it was well protected and included a charger. For the price I paid compared to a new one, the value for money is excellent. Outstanding value on a great phone. Wife's note 9 was misbehaving. I purchased this and a short learning curve proved user friendly. Wife uses it 6 hours a day on average. Battery life and great pictures are significantly better than note 9 hands down. Couldn't go wrong with this phone.

The phone came in on time, and packaged securely. It arrived in very good condition, just some very minor scuffs on the screen, which are hard to notice with the screen off. There was some dust on the s-pen but I cleaned it off no problem and have had no functional problems with it. I was able to connect it to my Verizon network with no issues, and was able to verify that it is a real Galaxy S23 Ultra (IMEI/SN checks). The battery life has been great, especially since upgrading to android 15. I get great signal with it, calls are clear, the speakers are insane, and the screen is nice and bright. It is a big and moderately bulky phone because of the squared off corners. I personally like this, but if you have small hands you're going to want a good grip case.
