I currently had a Galaxy S10 Plus. For some reason every time I plugged in the charger the plug would not stay I had to finagle it to do so. It got to the point where I was thinking about buying a new wireless charger. I bought my son in S21 Ultra last year and while we are on vacation his photos were phenomenal. So I decided to go to get the s23 ultra this year. Mine has a pen but still works on the S21 and I'm still figuring stuff out on this phone. I don't think I need an s24 or s25, yet, I'm sticking with this one for a while and I'm using my S10 plus as my work phone for Wi-Fi only ... show more

I bought a phone that was in "Acceptable" condition, which was not the case. It was actually like new! There was no scratches, that it even confused me! It works well with my AT&T sim card as well. This is locked to AT&T so if you have a different carrier, buy the unlocked version. I'm glad I got my S23 for less than $500 in such a good condition. I'm not sure if the issues are related to this being an AT&T locked phone or if it's a general issue with the phone itself, but I can neither update the software nor restore the settings from my Samsung cloud account. I keep receiving an error message for both?? The phone itself is in good condition, but not excellent as stated. It does have a small nick at the top right of the screen, hairline scratches, and light smudging/scraping on the sides but nothing too noticeable. This was a a S23 Ultra (refurbished) phone. After putting my sim card in, At&T said it was not useable. It was either a stolen phone or someone sold it without paying their contract. I'm really pissed. What a waste of time. Now to get my damn money back.
