My S8+ finally died. Got this to replace it and my expectations were met. Cosmetically it looks new. Works like it's new too. I didn't have any problems during setup or transferring through SmartSwitch wirelessly. I still have no problems or buyer remorse. Update 1/25/24: The first one is still working great. The phone was under contract with a Verizon customer who had an outstanding balance on it. NO ONE can use this phone due to that reason. The seller was very difficult to deal with, giving me a lot of hassle and basically called me a liar. I gave them the info on the phone and the number to call Verizon to verify what I was told by Verizon and seller did not call to verify, just denied that it was true. So far the pone looks good . Before we sent it back I sent Misty ot to buy a charger. She really likes the phone an is having a blast learnng the new item . Can a charger be sent to her address for use later . I had her buy a good one at a Verion store an she is happy now. The description says charger included but it was not there. The cord was also misssing . We solvd the problem by buying a new one but look into this please and let me know ... show more
