The S23FE is a great phone, even after a couple of years on the market is still a safe buy, and a great value at this price. This is the US version with the Snapdragon processor, and not the slower Exynos that was used in other markets. Even after 2 years, it's still slated to get two more OS updates, so more future proof than new phones in this price range. As far as being used: Phone works great, it is factory unlocked, battery holds a charge, clean EMEI. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because I ordered in "excellent" condition and it had a bunch of scratches on the back. I was planning to use a case anyway which covers it up, so it doesn't matter as much to me, but definitely worth noting. ... show more

The phone itself works well, but it arrived with a few minor scratches, which I expected from an Amazon Renewed device. My main issue is the screen. I installed a tempered glass protector, but it doesn't adhere properly around the edges of the display. Bubbles keep appearing around the border no matter how carefully I apply it, which makes me think the screen may not be perfectly flat or has been replaced during refurbishment. This gift was appreciated. I could not afford to purchase one in store, and this appears to be brand new. No scratches or dinks, right size and battery lasts just as long as it should. Works very well and was unlocked as advertised. Phone is being used overseas without any issues.

Battery is not good, supposed to be a refurbished phone, battery goes low pretty quick when scrolling, will update when ive had it for a few weeks. Camera quality is nice takes decent pics. Cell also gets very warm/hot when charging it!
