So far this phone has been great. It is relatively fast, has a fantastic camera and a decent amount of memory. I do wish it had a headphone jack and expandable memory options. I miss that about samsung phones. Other than that, great phone.

Update: They have my returned item, but they keep delaying my refund. They got it almost a month ago and it said I'd get the refund by the 20th of May, then it got delayed to 1st of June, now its estimated to give me the refund in the middle of June. If the seller reaches out to me or processes the refund faster, I will update my review based on customer service, because I understand mistakes can happen. I am still paying for this one even though it is not in my possession anymore, so I would really appreciate a refund. The refurbished phone had the wrong screen installed, resulting in certain functions not working such as the biometrics (fingerprint) scanner not working, and resolution and color did not seem right. ... show more

As described in perfect condition. I was a little worried about the phone not being unlocked when the Verizon promp pops up but once you skip that you can use whatever sim you want to. I activated with a cricket esim no issues.

Smooth with no issues. I've been a longtime iPhone user, and wanted to try something different. My iPhone battery was on death's door, and I decided to order a galaxy. It is different. Not better, but not remotely worse. Just different. What i noticed (not am extensive list): 1. Smooth, with sufficient memory. Gets the job done without lagging. I don't game with my phone, so I am referring to standard tasks. 2. Great camera. Wish my iPhone had as many megapixels. However, iPhone makes up for it with better software tweaks. So, maybe a toss up. 3. Android auto is functional and gets the job done. Compared to iPhone it is glitchy. Less intuitive, not doing what you expect, and while never crashing, it can take several extra clicks and patience to get where you want to go. That being said, samsung voice to text beats the crap out of iPhone. This is HUGE. So accurate. So seamless. Honestly, this phone is worth purchasing for that reason alone. 4. Samsung needs to get it's act together when it comes to initiating screen shots. Annoying. Takes way too long. 5. Sending and receiving phone calls. Who uses those, really?
