I expected a few scratches on it but whoever owned it (prior to them trading it in or returning it so it could be refurbished) must of taken great care of it. It looked brand new. not a single scratch on the screen or body. Why 4 and not 5star.. *Con: It isn't the seller or Amazon but the manufacturer, Samsung. their specs are almost identical to my S20 I had to replace because I lost it. not big upgrade improvements considering its 3 iterations up. what's different between the S20 FE and S23 FE are software updates or improvements and of course the OS and a faster processor improvement. *However the Downside is I noticed on the video end. there doesn't seem to be a front/back/omni mic option. i can't find it in the menu. but the older S20 FE had all 3. the S23 only seems to have an Omni directional. *The video and photo color is slightly better on the S23 FE (this phone) but again, it might be more of a software/firmware update. Both S20 FE and S23 FE have 8K which I can't truly test out because i have no 8K TV to demo it with. However when I bring it into post-video software I was amazed at how far I could crop-in and read stuff in 8K (24 fps) video. it looks the same as 4k (30) when running the video but its slightly fuzzier and the colors aren't as brilliant as say the 4K 60fps. but its sharp enough on a single frame to read signs or car plates far away when cropping in. that was a nice surprise when I found that out. *Overall best phone-camera in price point and worth buying. fits nicely in your hand without a phone case but I would suggest getting one. *Also It didn't come in the original packaging and came with a brick and USB C, and I was surprised it came with a screen protector attached on it. but no clear case or original box stuff. ... show more

Would not activate on the AT&T Network, and they ran the IMEI which reported it as a stolen device. Oddly enough, the Amazon return service lists this relatively new phone as unreturnable. What a complete waste of money!
