I love my new Galaxy s23 I had a Galaxy s24 that I had for less than 2 months when it crapped out and refused to take a charge so since it was under warranty I send it back and I ended up getting an s23 instead. The screen is smaller but it works like a dream everything runs fast and smooth so far no problems downloaded all of my information from my other phone beautifully no problems. The other phone in addition to its refusing to take a charge it didn't run smooth and for something that was 512 GB it ran slow even though I had used only 156 GB out of the 512 GB. Both phones were renewed but it seems like the job was done better on the s23 and it runs like a brand new phone should. The s23 phone I bought through Amazon renewed phone services the other was through a third party and I believe that Amazon renewed actually put a new battery in this phone and I don't think the other service did. All said except for a couple of small scratches on the screen the case is in beautiful condition. I didn't notice any real scratches just a few slight tiny scratches you can barely see around where the charger fits in and out which is to be expected but other than that the thing looks and acts and runs like a brand new phone. And yes I would recommend Amazon renew to anyone looking to buy a phone and wants a good phone but needs to watch their budget. unless you want and can afford a brand new phone. ... show more

This phone so far has surprised me, I have purchased a few years ago a phone off of Amazon, but the phone went haywire. I think it was a stoeln phone, I forgot what business sold me the phone, only after a day I returned it. I am glad they were nice enough to give me a refund. So when I needed a new phone I was hesitant and afraid to purchase off amazon, I did a lot of research and decided to take the plunge after deciding my phone I wanted to buy with Certified Gadgets. They have great review feedback on Amazon and E-bay and even though I just got this phone two days ago I am very surprised how well it works. The UI feels buttery smooth, it is not too big or small for me, something weird that happened when I downloaded Whatsapp a few months of chats with my cousin completely gone. I do not know what that was about, but otherwise I am really enjoying this phone and have no regrets buying it, the 3 month return policy is quite generous, this came in excellent condition and works like a new phone. Battery Life surprised me as well, it lasts though the day, the set up was easy, it took me step by step and only took a few minutes, the unlockability with the finger is a hit or miss, it works mostly fine but there is a certain position to put your thumb to unlock it but it works so that is what matters. It is easier to hold from my old phone and I can use it with ease knowing not only did I get a good deal for 256 gb but the experience has been really great as well. I ordered a phone listed as "Excellent condition," but it arrived with a small scratch on the screen. I contacted the seller (Wcell) right away, and they asked me to send a photo, which I did within 30 minutes. However, I haven’t received any response in five days, even after a follow-up message. To be clear, the phone works as intended, and its body is in good shape. However, the condition is not as advertised. According to Amazon Renewed terms, "Excellent condition" means no screen scratches. This phone’s condition falls below "Acceptable condition," as the scratch is still visible even when the screen is on. The phone was sealed with tamper-proof tape, so the scratch clearly came from the seller and is not Amazon's fault. It looks like the seller is delaying their response so that I run out of the return window. ... show more
