I read the reviews and saw some of the bad ones but still went ahead and got it. Just came in today and it's working great. No scratches literally anywhere. It was about $280 after tax and I've been running Codm on it and it beats the s21 ultra. Crisp screen, loud speakers. I paired it with a slim otter box case and it feels great in the hand.     • Everything looks and works great. Except for what looks like a minor crack on a camera lens.
Everything works great! Battery life is still exceptional, screen has zero scratches and there is minimal scratches on the body of the phone. The only issue I have is that around one of the camera lenses there appears to be a small crack, but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality of the photos. I got the refurbished phone. The back shows a tiny bit of wear. If I were to rater it from 1-100 I would give the back 98. The screen was perfect. Couldn't get any better. The battery was pretty good. All in all I am very happy.

It is an unlocked phone. It doesn't seem to be baked in with a carrier firmware either. Did not unlock the bootloader or unlock the OEM though. I don't see a ROM I want for this phone to load a custom OS. But the selling point was the Bluetooth feature. As a person who wears Cochlear Implants and needs specific Bluetooth compatibility, I'd say this has superior Bluetooth connectivity. I can't emphasize enough on the Bluetooth it's like having the right spec to be compatible and doesn't break up connectivity in the pocket so I can listen to music. The phone takes great pictures and it is very capable with a 5G cellular network and wifi 6 connection. The phone is fast and impressive in what it does in the hand it seems we could run it like a computer desktop but will not do that though. I paid for the mobility, Bluetooth, and ease of use. My last phone was Google Pixel 4a without 5G and it was okay. Was going to get another Pixel phone but Google kept screwing up all their newer versions of their phone with their Bluetooth they can't seem to get that quality control right. I got this phone refurbished and it was a good deal it came with no scratches and came with a USB cord and a wall outlet charger. ... show more

I purchased an unlocked phone listed in excellent condition. The phone was unlocked, and I was able to transfer all my data (contacts, images, apps, etc.) from my old Samsung device, so the setup took minutes. The speed and battery life, which were primary concerns, are excellent. I use the phone moderately with data, so I charge daily, the same as my previous phone. The wear on the phone was my only negative. I think it could have been much better considering it's listed in "excellent condition". I received a slip with the phone identifying its Dr Phone rating as "B". I reached out to the seller, and they said B was the best refurbished, while A ratings are for new phones. The few scratches are on one side of the screen and hard to see. Any other wear is covered by the case, except the wear around the charging port (that one is obvious from a distance, mainly because the phone is black, so the silver contrasts well). ... show more
