The phone came in impeccable condition and it came unlocked! There were no scratches and continues to be slick and clean. The features are amazing, the camera quality is to DIE for. I can't stop taking pictures!!! The audio quality is also amazing, making calls and videos crisp and clear. It does seem to heat easily, however I sit in front of a fan. The battery also dies off quick when it is about to die, although the charging speed is very pleasant and the battery life is satisfactory. It functions very well overall, running high res games and videos with ease!!!! It was worth every penny. I hope to get an Ultra eventually. This is the best Samsung I've ever owned. ... show more

The phone came as described! I was a bit confused because the camera circles looked dirty but it looks like some sort of wrapping residue. After i scraped it off a bit i realized there was no damage. If you've owned this model before then you know some minor complaints such as "overheating" and and mid battery life is ppretty standard for this model. But the pros massively outweigh the cons. You arent gonna find a better phone at a better price sold anywhere. I was super skeptical and omg am i surprised and thank goodness this isnt a scam lol. Dont be alarmed if it flashes another carrier-- this appears so because when you combine your samsung/google account thats alreadya ttahced to a galaxy advice it will install/download similiar apps and data but its still unlocked. Will update in a month if I have any issues. ... show more

Everything works and the phone is great! I believe my phone is factory unlocked as a phone provider's start up screen did not appear until I added my line. I am only rating this phone a 4, because the battery drains a lot more quickly than I thought it would... I understand it was used, but I bought the excellent version because battery life kinda mattered to me. The description on excellent said the battery had to contain 80% of it's original threshold I guess I just got unlucky with the lower end. ... show more
