this was a great value for money, it charges real quick with the right charger and battery life is good i tend to get 5-6 hours of screen on time, screen quality is perfect, how could i not speak about the camera this was one of the reasons for buying the phone love it

    • No cable and phone didn’t work
The phone didn’t come with all it was supposed to. The phone looked nice. But when I took it to the phone store they said it is not able to be used so I had to send it back. Still waiting on a refund. I will adjust my stars down if that doesn’t happen soon

After being trapped under a company owned iPhone for the past 11 years, it's wonderful to again have a phone that fits, and functions precisely as I need,without issue. Cameras are outstanding; better that my HD TV. It's easy to setup exactly the way I want it; not like that last grief box. Purchased this as a gift for someone for Christmas I purchased it early November as a it was a good deal but when we went to use it on Christmas day we had issues with it staying connected to the carrier so I contacted Tmobil and they did some troubleshooting and were unable to fix the issue. So a couple days later took it to a Tmobil store still was unable to fix issue so I'm returning it as this seems to be a common issue also phone had some scuffs and marks on screen. ... show more

Well, my review is for the customer service from the seller. My device didn't work, but the seller was cooperative in the return. I received the phone and tried to activate it. I was able to connect through wifi calling, but never able to get data despite everything being updated. I contacted my carrier and after 2 hours on the line with tech, I was advised to take it in. Once I arrived and on-site tech tried to activate the device and was unsuccessful. They claimed there is most likely an interior issue like the antenna. Company was helpful and accepted the return with no issue. However, this is the third time I tried to buy a phone off Amazon (not all from this seller), and the third time I was not successful. ... show more

I bought 2 of these specifically because they were advertised as T-Mobile phones, one was and one was not. Pretty disappointed as my phone now does not have regular T-Mobile capabilities.
