Ended up being a great phone.
I originally thought the phone was not unlocked. It came up TMobile and then buffered for days. I turned it off and completely charged it and tried again. Same situation. So I tried a third time and I put my Sim card in and it worked. Its actually a nice phone. No scratches.

Almost satisfied customer
The phone came as expected. Physically everything looks good. Hardly any blemishes. The only issue i have is the phone has poor network reception and most times it is displaying "emergency calls only". I have tried resetting the phones a few times this doesn't seem to work. I have read some reddit posts which seems to indicate this is a common issue with this model.
