Ill never buy another phone through this company. This phone marked as like new wouldn't maintain a signal to carrier service dropped service more then in service. Then purchased the s24 ultra like new the gps doesn't work on that phone. No offer of any kind of refund I'm now paying samsung to fix thw phone they messaged me and said this will void your warranty. Your warranty is garbage anyways. Look elsewhere ... show more

Good product. Phone worked really well, there was one time where I had to restart the phone because it wouldn't recognize my sim card, but it worked after that. Very minimal scratches. Battery life is good. Packaging was great and really protected.

Some of you may be wondering is this a scam due to the very low number of reviews on this particular seller's product. I have gone through this device meticulously. I can vouch for this seller by telling you that the device that I have is 100% real. I bought the most expensive thing that he's selling which is the Black 512 gigabyte Samsung S22 Ultra. It is real. I don't know who he is or she is but I bought this phone fully prepared to go wherever the seller is and bring the smoke if they were trying to rip me off. But100% legit. I am happy with my purchase and I will be buying another one. I hope this is helpful for anybody who's wondering about this phone. I even reached out to another buyer to find out if it was real and she only replied to me in a very limited capacity which left me still wondering. As I said before, this is real. Came locked and was trying to open it to work my SIM card but it small blocked now, felt like I wasted my money paid so much for it and so much to clear it from the courier.deep sigh

If it wasn't for the fact that this showed up in a generic box, I'd have sworn it had never been touched by human hands outside the factory. Absolutely perfect condition. I went from a Galaxy S7 and this thing is lightning fast by comparison. It does so much more than my old phone, pictures are incredible, sound is great, storage is unbelievable (wish it was expandable though). It's larger than my old phone which is taking some adjustment, but I'm adapting quickly. All-in-all, this phone is well worth the money and I want to emphasize that it came in perfect condition for something that was allegedly renewed. ... show more

I brought this phone off of Amazon and it was renewed phone. It shipped extremely fast and was packaged nicely. I also received a phone charger as well. Easy set up on AT&T network. I looked at several YouTube videos to check out the features. Three days in and loving it.
