UPDATE: It's been about a week since I received the phone. I'm keeping an eye on the battery life because it seems to me it's running down faster than it should, but it may just be that there are things running in the background that shouldn't be and I haven't had a whole lot of time to fiddle with it. Other than that. it's a great phone, and I am really pleased. I hope it holds up as well as the S20 Ultra (refurbished) that I bought off of Amazon about 3 years ago. Not that this matters in the end, but....it was advertised as "red". The product photo shows a sort of orangey red, almost metallic. The reality is this thing is coral colored. I held up a red item beside the phone in my photo for some comparison. Honestly, it's the ugliest color possible (IMO). Not what I would have chosen, had I known. But thank the gods for phone covers so I don't have to look at that color! 😆 I haven't begun using it yet, but it powers up fine and is otherwise in great condition!     • Wasn't sure about buying a used phone
I bought a refurb phone and I figured well if it doesn't work there's the 90 day return window. It works perfect I think. It looks brand new and I've been using it for about a month now and I haven't had any problems. Nothing was absent from the box and I got it in like 3 days. At first the battery was not great but I just found a couple videos on YouTube that helped me tweek the phone to max the life of it and now the battery lasts me all day on an 80% charge. I'm so glad I took "a risk" and saved myself a couple hundred dollars and got a used phone from Amazon. ... show more
