The phone will come with some charge about 22%. I highly recommend to give it a full charge when you get the phone, then transfer all your data from the old phone to the new phone. The charging cable makes a difference, too. Only use a Samsung cable. Other cable brands do not charge the phone well if at all. The battery holds a charge for a long time and will charge quickly when using a Samsung cable to charge the phone. I used the phone at the airport and it did not die by the time I was getting off the plane. All of my previous phones would loose their charge quickly at the airport. There is so much I could say about the phone. The graphics are clear and everything looks enhanced. The camera has a nice zoom-in feature. The sound is clear. This phone works excellent with two Verizon prepaid service cards simultaneously here in US. Better signal strength with more bars for 4G and 5G vs my old S22 Ultra purchased directly from Samsung US. Multiple places in FL and CA where I had previously reception issue with old phone, nów full 4-5 bars with this International dual SIM Verizon S22 Ultra version. Looks to me like US Verizon of the Phone has crippled receover radio. Anyhow, I am glad I upgraded, now I can use both phone lines in one device instead od carrying two phones. ... show more

Beware that you will not have visual voicemail with Verizon service. Verizon said that I should have bought the phone from them and they could not help me.

I'm happy with my purchase. I saved $500-$600 by buying it from the company than buying from carrier. It works and bought the protection from Amazon because the carrier wanted $17 per month for life. No thank you. After 2yrs the phone doesn't need it anymore so I'm okay with decision.
