The phone works great The back cameras both have some minor scratches no big deal. However I can't get into my Samsung account it stays blank after I entered my password. Other than that I absolutely recommend it.

Phone arrived dead. The screen flashed 4 times then wouldn't charge. I waited 3 weeks to receive this.. I now have to drive an hour to return it or pay almost 300 to ship it back. Not happy

Received the phone and appeared to be in great shape, but after trying two new SIM cards and exhausting all troubleshooting avenues, found out there is an issue with the internal antenna (common problem with S22 Ultra) and the phone cannot maintain a network connection for more than thirty seconds at a time. This tells me that the product was not tested fully before selling and I feel this should have definitely been addressed by the seller, if it's such a known problem. I would give less stars if this wasn't a repair that I feel comfortable making, myself (even though it costs me extra and it's another two weeks without a cell phone to wait for parts). After a year long run of bad luck with 4 different phones, to the point of really not having one available at all when I needed it, I was really looking forward to the breath of fresh air this phone could have provided.
