I bought this phone supposedly unlocked however it was not. It was still locked to At&t. I had to contact them to request for it to be unlocked. Which they handled within mins. Thankfully. But it was a big inconvenience to have to do this. The phone was bought in "Acceptable" condition. So if you plan to do the same be aware that it may have more scratches on the camera, screen, and housing then you think it should and have issues with the s pen connecting like my phone ... show more

I really liked the galaxy 22Ultra and it was in great condition but after multiple trips to Tmobil and working with their online tech helpline no one could help me get the phone to switch to automatic carrier when away from my home internet. I was told by Tmobile tech support it had to be a hardware issue as everything else was setup correctly. i've been in and out of the hospital since Sept and sadly after one more try to fined out what was wrong I had to return it.
