So far so good. This is actually the 5th phone that I have gotten. The first 2 from another platform and the last 3 from Amazon. I have a CDMA carrier, CSpire and they are finicky about their phones. The issues I was having were the phones being listed as "fully unlocked " or "factory unlocked " but they were actually international phones so some features were disabled, certain messages wouldn't send to certain carriers, the screens froze, and all sorts of weird frustrating issues. My carrier told me to only get phones with a specific model number. This current phone has that number and so far I haven't had any issues with it being renewed. I bought a Samsung s22 ultra 12.16.24 as a gift for my wife. She started using it in the summer. We immediately identified a defect - mobile communications do not work. We bought a new SIM card, it did not help. I gave it to a certified Samsung center for diagnostics, the result: the phone cannot be repaired, the main board is damaged. There is a conclusion from the phone repair center. I wrote to support. But there is no answer. I will seek a refund or exchange. You sold non-working junk and are silent! I am waiting for an answer as soon as possible! One star for a long silence! How can I return it? ... show more

Tenía que esperar que se descargára la batería para poder reiniciarlo y encendía con pantalla frizada y a la espera de 10 a 15 minutos trabajaba por poco tiempo y volvia hacer lo mismo al ver que esto continuaba, procedi a remover todos los datos, fotos e información del teléfono pero el teléfono se sobre calentaba y no transferia correctamente mi información y perdí mucho información y fotos.
