    • Be careful when choosing a phone by the rating of Renewed Excellent
I ordered this Samsung S22 256GB "Renewed Excellent" Phone from Celltraders for $259.95 in April 2025. I was so happy to have a phone that actually held a charge for more than 5-6 hours! This phone only had to be fully charged once in 24 hours!! However, the time between charging to full capacity continued to decline until, at present, a full charge is lasting a mere 11 hours!! I am so disappointed. So, if you're like me, and can't afford the newest phone at new phone prices, this route seems to be "ideal". We take the chance of "believing" we are getting a "Renewed" phone in "Excellent" condition..but within 3 months, it's like it should've been "Renewed Good", or worse. Additionally, I've NEVER recieved a message to update! Each time that I've checked for updates and tried to update, it says something like try again later. Now, whenever I'm away from home, I can't search the internet or even use GPS! I'm sure if we can "trust" their rating the phone as "Excellent" if it is only Excellent for one or two months. So far so good. I would say the phone looks good but there are visible scratches along the sides and back. It doesn't bother me as long as all of the optics are good. I will check back in with updates.
