I got this phone for my stepmom who lives on the other side of the country. She has Straight Talk and needed a new phone but was so overwhelmed and confused with the phone options she wasn't sure what to get. I bought this thinking that if she hates it and she can't understand it at least it would be something we could use and to my surprise, She got it working quite fast with the help of some straight-talking employees getting her SIM card transferred. I can hear her much better when she calls. She hasn't complained aboutHaving to plug her phone in because her battery was getting low. The call quality seems to stay connected better and I don't get disconnected from her when she goes inside of her house now. She said the screen is nice and bright and she is able to read everything.
