I have had it for a few days. The box was only the phone and a charger cord. The phone had no marks or scratches on it and looked perfect. It ran a set up and transfer from old phone and I just had to move my sim card from my old s9 to this s22. Phone works very well. The screen is a bit less sensitive than I'm used to but I thing I can adjust that somewhere. I have a problem with speech to text and with messaging but I think both of those are software related and I know the messaging issue is in part because I have 13gb of saved text and photo messages that didn't transfer well. ... show more

The phones physical condition is excellent. There were no scratches or any sort of physical abnormalities. And the operating system works perfectly, as expected. My only complaint is the battery life. It hasn't held a charge like a new battery should since day one. I should have messaged the seller though and he/she maybe would have offered a solution but I didn't so I'd say overall, the phone is excellent. ... show more

This phone is awesome! It came with a good battery also. I can't stress how important that is, because getting a good battery on a renewed device is a crapshoot. I've been using this as my daily driver for messaging apps, which it's perfect for since you can use it one handed fairly easily. I would also like to thank the seller for the fast shipping. I've been buying refurbished phones on Amazon for the past ~10 years. I've never had issues with the phones and they usually last at least 3 years. However, I've had this phone for around 8 months, since unfortunately I didn't connect it right away, and it has been the biggest disappointment ever. The phone overheats ALL the time to the point that the phone case, which is white, has dark burn marks. The phone is slow, the battery only last half day without even using the phone. This has been my biggest regret. I would never buy from this vendor again and will not recommend it either. ... show more

This is my second time purchasing a Samsung phone on Amazon and I am once again super happy! The phone came in a brand new condition! No scratches what so ever. Camera works well, downloaded and transferred all my data and apps from an old Samsung S9+ 😉 in no time. Even my Work profile. The sale was easy and the phone came within 2 days of ordering it. The ONLY thing is the description. It said S22 but it is S22 Plus which is a bigger device than S22. But no complaints here as it's exactly the same size as my S9+ which I am used to.
