Item looks and works excellently. I didn't see any markings and immediately put a screen protector and case on it. I have had no technical issues and the camera and speed of the phone is nice. The only current slight is the battery life is ok. As far as the fingerprint sensor it's great just slightly problematic only due to the screen protector. The connectivity is great and the item is really unlocked. I would choose this seller again in a heartbeat. 17 mos later... Purchased in Mar '24, no scratches, no screen burn, excellent battery life. I can go 2, sometimes 3 days without charging. Pretty fast proc, no issues with apps, works great! NOW... Aug '25... still no issues. Still charges fast. Apps still fast. It's a workhorse, just like my original S3. No issues with connectivity to cell/wifi. Fingerprint reader only gave me issues once, BUT I had cut my finger, so yeah... my fault. ... show more

    • Great phone and good cheap option
Everybody forgets about the old flagships after they go on to the newer models, but in late 2024 the Galaxy s22+ is still a fantastic option. The phone still supports 2 more years of full, major updates and many more for small small updates like security updates. I was a Samsung owner from the start but I recently just had the pixel 6 for 2 years before it tragically broke. Coming off a pixel there is really only a few things I miss. In pretty much every other way tho this phone outclasses the pixel 6 in every way. The one thing that works much better on this phone is the fingerprint sensor. It's fast and super responsive. If you have any problems with it after you put a screen protector on, you can change a setting in your phone that accounts for that. This phone is great and works just as well as a new phone even tho it's renewed. The only issue I have with it is that i said that it was in excellent condition but when I got it the was a few chips on the top of the camera bump, but that doesn't really bother me tbh cuz I already wear a case all the time. Another thing is the battery life isn't the greatest on this device but it gets the job done. Power saving mode works well on it so I usually have no issues, plus if you have a fast charging block the phone can charge literally like lighting fast Overall other than the chips on the device I would give it a five St⭐r. Only reason I actually dock a star is because it said excellent which means pretty much brand new, and for some people that matters more to them. ... show more

Pretty solid phone; it seemed a little janky after the initial boot, but it worked itself out in no time. I'm no tech guru, but if you're looking for a solid phone and don't feel like making your wallet cry, then I can't recommend this enough.

    • Wrong color and defective battery
Ordered the phone in green was sent a blue one. Decided to just keep it but after using it for a day I discovered the battery would not hold a charge.

    • S22 plus, it will never be a top rated Samsung Galaxy, get it if you can't afford an S23.
The phone I ordered was listed as excellent and came with some cosmetic damage around the frame, the front and rear glass was fine and after setting it up and charging it to 100 and running AccuBattery through a full cycle it came in as 85% of the design capacity which exceeds Amazon's criteria of 80%. The battery is almost as bad as my S9 battery for how quickly it discharges and that phone is very old, so I'll be running this phone on locationless power saving mode permanently and using maximum battery protection to keep it from charging over 80%. Honestly Samsung should never have released this line with such a bad battery. The screen is quite a bit larger than my S9 and it not being curved is amazing. Samsung should never have introduced curved screens but... well it happened and I am definitely happy that they went back, although I can't blame misspellings on the poor screen now. Sadly there is no headphone jack or microSD slot as us niche users who adored such technology seemingly don't matter and getting everyone spending money on microtransactions has been the focus for a while now anyway. Tested the camera and it's quite nice, the landscapes of Arrested Development will look like what they actually are, not to mention it's an improvement over the cursed images from the S9 camera I used to use as a "last known photo" generator. Why the resolution of the phone decreased I'll never know but perhaps it's a good thing as the battery can't hold up against a potato. As for using the phone, well I got it working for most things although Duolingo no longer believes I am speaking so there is going to be a bit of faffing about to do. Ideas: The phone functions, it's compatable with something I dunno, the phone does have a brightness slider (weird that was in the ideas list), and the phone weighs about as much as a phone. ... show more
