I’ve had this Samsung phone for over a year now, and I intentionally waited this long to write my review because I wanted to give an honest and accurate assessment of a refurbished product. I think a lot of people write reviews shortly after receiving refurbished electronics, only to have to come back later and update them. I wanted to know how this phone actually held up over time before giving my opinion. After more than a year of use, I can honestly say that I’m extremely impressed with this phone and have no regrets about purchasing it. The storage has been more than adequate for me. I have well over a thousand pictures, along with documents, personal apps, work apps, and everything else I regularly use, and I haven’t had any issues with storage or performance. I purchased a separate protective case and screen protector, which turned out to be especially important because I dropped the phone just a couple of days after receiving it! Thankfully, the screen protector did its job and protected the actual screen from damage. After more than a year, I have no screen burn, and the phone continues to receive updates as needed. It starts up and restarts quickly, runs smoothly, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with performance. The camera and picture quality are excellent, the photos look great, and the volume is plenty loud enough for my needs. The screen is clear and vibrant, and everything feels responsive. I also really like the size of this phone. It fits easily into pockets without being thick, bulky, or awkward to carry. It’s a good-looking phone that feels comfortable to use and carry every day. Most importantly, after having it for more than a year, I can say that it has held up extremely well. That’s what I wanted to know before recommending a refurbished phone, and I’m happy to say I would absolutely buy another one. If you’re considering purchasing this refurbished Samsung, my experience has been excellent. A year later, I still love it and have no regrets about this purchase! My Galaxy S22+ arrived in great condition. When I took it out of the box and looked it over it looked brand new! It performs like a brand new phone as well!! I was very reluctant to get a refurbished phone, however this was the perfect pick. I am upgrading from a 4 year old Galaxy A03 so you can imagine how amazed I was/am that this phone has SOOO many features, apps, upgrades, etc. The video and camera quality is amazing and you can even edit pictures like a pro. Also, you can sketch in drawings to add to your existing photo and it really looks part of the photo. It is super fast, durable, and compatible with pretty much any Samsung device. It took me some time to get used to all the new features, although with the overwhelming amount of new features I thought it would take days, but I got use to it pretty quick. This phone is very easy to use and has super fast connectivity. Took a few seconds to connect to my wifi and setup was a breeze. HUGE improvement going from my 4 year old A03 to this. I am so glad I decided to stay with Samsung Galaxy as I have been a loyal brand user for over 10 years. Usually, at about the 4 year mark is when it is time to upgrade because they do lag alot after so many years. But that is a lot of use of a phone over that period of time so it is understandable for it to lag and drag and not wanna perform well anymore. Overall, this is a great brand and a great phone. This Amazon Renewed phone was advertised and sold as “Excellent condition,” but what I received was anything but excellent. The phone arrived heavily worn, with deep scratches along the sides and serious hardware problems. The microphone repeatedly cuts out during regular calls and is completely dead when using headphones, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, none of which resolved the problem. When a phone cannot reliably perform its most basic function — making a phone call — we are far beyond a cosmetic grading issue. With a major functional defect like this, this phone should not have been sold even as “Fair.” It should not have been sold at all. It seriously makes me question whether PDI Mobile properly inspected and tested this device before selling it. A basic functional test should have caught an audio/microphone failure this severe. Yet, I received a worn, defective device that was nowhere near the advertised condition. Based on my experience, I would never trust PDI Mobile to accurately grade, inspect, or represent the condition of a device again! ... show more

I love this phone and it was fine at first. Now it does what it wants. Closes apps when you're using them. Sometimes it won't charge and the fast charger it came with won't work anymore. It won't connect thru my Mazda except thru Bluetooth. I wish my Samsung S20 didn't get those green lines. It was such a good phone. Samsung needs to get it together! ... show more

I need a phone fast dropped my last one doing 70 on the highway. So I know it was supposed to be getting a excellent condition, phone. It came with a screen saver witch I thought was a cool feature. I was sadly mistaken. It was there to hid the scratches under the screen protector. Don't worry I put a new screen protector on it. Then on the sides of the phone's case. It has dimple marks on both sides about 10 total. Also the phone lags quite a bit. Will not buy again or tell others to stay away from here. ... show more
