So, I bought this phone (upgraded from an older Galaxy) under the impression that it was a brand new phone. It said "NEW" on the listing for it and the price also made me believe it was a brand new phone. Well, come to find out, it's refurbished, which is ok, but I thought I was getting a new phone. It took me a while to start using it (long story, had to switch carriers & such), but I've been using it now for over a week and I really do like it. There are a couple of new features that I really like. My only problem with it, is it's a bit glitchy. It does some weird things every once in a while. So far I can live with it. The battery doesn't last as long as I think it should, especially since I wanted a new phone, but I guess I can deal with that too. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The description does not mention new or Renewed or refurbished. You will assume it is new but it is not, it has few scratches on it and it does not come in the original packaging even if it is from Samsung store so be aware. I give 2 stars because the description does not mention used and renewed.

Glass has been replaced with cheap variant. Scratches all over the aluminum bezel. Does pass functional, but this seller needs bad feedback. Excellent means original glass front back and no damage.
