I ordered the "excellent" condition variant of this phone. I know that as a renewed product, it won't look like it's fresh out of the box, but I would not call the device I received "excellent." Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed several chips and scratches along the metal frame of the body. But its cosmetic condition is not why I called it defective. Over the past few days of using this phone, I've had to restart the phone at LEAST 6 times a day in order to obtain service. I even went to my carrier for them to look at it, and they said it might be an issue with the antennas. Now, restarting the phone and resetting the network settings DOESN'T help anymore. I just DON'T HAVE SERVICE AT ALL NOW. When I was talking to my carrier, they also noticed that the IMEI and EID DON'T MATCH THE SAME DEVICE. This meant that I couldn't use an eSIM at all, and even with a physical SIM, I am not getting service. I'm very disappointed in the device I received and wasted a ton of time trying to get it to work. ... show more

It was advertised as "Excellent Condition." My opinion is it was closer to "Great or Good Condition." It was a good price for a used phone. There were some noticeable wear by the charging port, and some nicks and dings on the outer frame where some repair work was done. The battery won't last a full day, so make sure you have the charger close by. A big plus it came with was a wall plug. You don't see that much anymore. It came in a plan white box with 2 sim card keys, a 3 foot usd-C cord, and a wall plug. I really wanted the Snapdragon processor over the Exynos. Its the main reason for picking the S22. The phone gets a little warm when using apps that requires high demanded power. I recommend this phone over the "A" series Galaxy ... show more

    • Phone great, but charger....
Phone is great, i always buy my phones refurbished on amazon. It has just a few scuffs around the battery plug in. Nothing major, looks new. Love it. The charger that came with it. Absolute crap. Some cheap China made, that they threw in. When I would plug in, I'd be at 50%, and it would tell me 5hrs till full charge. WTH. So I was worried the battery in the phone sucked, so I bought many different chargers to see if the problem was the charger or the phone. Turns out it was the plug in outlet part of the charger that was the problem. Used my old samsung base with a new charging wire, and now my battery charges much faster. The charger they throw in, in my opinion, is not "compatible " with a phone like this. So far, this is my only disappointment. ... show more

Todo esta bien, pero no recomiendo comprarlo en estado bueno a mi me vino las esquinas y los lados muy rayados, también un poco el puerto de carga y LO MAS IMPORTANTE es que me vino con una falla en el bluetooth, Funciona bien con mis audífonos y se vincula bien con mi Galaxy watch 7 pero si conecto una bocina o parlante se vincula y el parlante lo confirma sin embargo cuando pongo una música o video NO SUENA NADA.Y no es el parlante ya que probe con 4 bocinas pequeñas , un parlante grande y una radio bluetooth y igual NO SUENA les recomiendo que no lo compre en bueno y si así me salió a mi no recomendaría ni el aceptable. También recomendaría opciones mas comerciales como el s22 normal o el ultra y también el 21 ultra. ... show more
