I ordered the "excellent" condition variant of this phone. I know that as a renewed product, it won't look like it's fresh out of the box, but I would not call the device I received "excellent." Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed several chips and scratches along the metal frame of the body. But its cosmetic condition is not why I called it defective. Over the past few days of using this phone, I've had to restart the phone at LEAST 6 times a day in order to obtain service. I even went to my carrier for them to look at it, and they said it might be an issue with the antennas. Now, restarting the phone and resetting the network settings DOESN'T help anymore. I just DON'T HAVE SERVICE AT ALL NOW. When I was talking to my carrier, they also noticed that the IMEI and EID DON'T MATCH THE SAME DEVICE. This meant that I couldn't use an eSIM at all, and even with a physical SIM, I am not getting service. I'm very disappointed in the device I received and wasted a ton of time trying to get it to work. ... show more

It was advertised as "Excellent Condition." My opinion is it was closer to "Great or Good Condition." It was a good price for a used phone. There were some noticeable wear by the charging port, and some nicks and dings on the outer frame where some repair work was done. The battery won't last a full day, so make sure you have the charger close by. A big plus it came with was a wall plug. You don't see that much anymore. It came in a plan white box with 2 sim card keys, a 3 foot usd-C cord, and a wall plug. I really wanted the Snapdragon processor over the Exynos. Its the main reason for picking the S22. The phone gets a little warm when using apps that requires high demanded power. I recommend this phone over the "A" series Galaxy ... show more
