I am upgrading from a Google 7 phone. I decided to try Samsung bc of my boyfriend d really enjoying the brand and the picture quality. The seller delivered the phone on time. There was an issue with delivery due to finding the house but was resolved the same day. So shipping went well. Upon opening my new phone it was in fact in excellent condition. Like new almost mint condition. Beautiful phone.no hair line scratches no nothing just perfect phone. When I turned on the phone it was partly charged and I was about to set up effortlessly. Adding my Sim card was simple my boyfriend helped me with it. I have metro pcs (tmobile) so it took about 15 minutes to handle Sim transfer. Took a few attempts but very easy transfer. Basically this phone was unlocked. I was nervous due to the mixed reviews which are debunked and not true. The camera is exceptional and I think its just Samsung knows how to build a camera. The pictures are clear and the editing I am still learning but it is awesome. Functionality is fast and this is due to snapdragon chip. Such a clear difference when I play scrabble or learn languages. Or just web browsing etc. There are still a lot of features I must learn sonI will update at a later time. Also I will update Pic and video shortly . Very happy camper and I trust this vender moving forward. Great service will update again later on. ... show more

I can't tell if I like it of don't. I'm right in the middle with it. Its definitely not as good as my S9+! (I loved that phone). The battery is bigger but I know there's no way it's lasting longer. Its reactions are faster and that's a good thing but I do need that battery time. I'm trying to give it a little bit to get used to it but I'm not as happy as I thought I'd be. Thank goodness it did arrived unlocked and took my Sim card with ease. I could've just went up another $100 to the s24+ is where the hurt gets me. I just went with reviews instead of my gut. P.S = People stay away from this seller! Ive had this phone less than 2 months and the speaker is already going out. I bought the phone EXCELLENT and yet they cant even sell a phone with a working speaker. CANT FIX A SPEAKER, but its excellent condition??????? Purchasing ANYTHING from Amazon thats under the word refurbished is a joke. Everything ive ever got but one item in my last 3 years under refurbished has be a POS. Amazon sells anything from anybody, like out of a back yard made up place from out of a garage. When you buy refurbished under the words excellent and you get a phone that the speaker stopped working in less than two months of very little use??? Thats garbage sold to you from a made up company of a few people that dont have a clue of what theyre doing. ... show more

I needed a bigger one of the item, instead they sent me another one making it two and was asked to return it last Saturday 8th of July. I have returned both of them to you through kohl’s.
