Loved it It's in really good condition...and the seller is nice enough to installed a privacy screen protector on ...but I ended up peeling the protector off coz it doesnt fit good with case it kepts peeling off itself and shipment was a little off after me paying an extra for shipping itself....but other than I'm happy with this phone ... ... show more

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The Samsung S22 Ultra I received has a completely defective battery — it drains within a few hours even when not in use and often shuts down unexpectedly. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. For a phone at this price, this is unacceptable. I need a full refund as soon as possible. This experience has been very frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying this product from this seller. ... show more

    • Nice size phone with clear bright screen and good battery life.
I upgraded from a Note 9 and this screen is much brighter and works better outdoors in full sun. Battery life is good and it loads apps faster and runs a little smoother. The size is perfect for me as I first bought a S22 which was too small. My wife has a S22 Ultra and I feel that's too big for my pocket and I don't use the S-pen. Also the S22 ultra is very expensive and I don't use the pen which it comes with. Also the refurbished phone looks brand new with no marks or blemishes. Overall I am happy with my upgrade from the Note 9 to the S22+ plus. Would buy this size and model phone again. ... show more

    • Good deal. If your having set up issues, read this
Set up issues. I transferred everything over, same carrier, total wireless/ Verizonwireless/ strait talk, new sim. I could use mobile data but no calls or texts would send or recieve. I spent hours, talking to 10 different 'techs' and each one had me do the same, useless things and nothing would work. The Samsung 22 has a similar issue to what the Samsung 9 had. It can't update the sim in the new phone. I put the sim into an old Motorola phone, instantly got all my texts. Put it back into my new phone and it works perfectly. Update: After about a year I noticed a couple small spots on the top right of the screen. A year and a half into owning it I get a line top to bottom on that side. Screen is in perfect condition as far as no cracks or scratches. It looks like the screen is separating from the body. After another month, the screen stops working completely and most quotes are $300 to replace the screen. I can upgrade for a little more than that. There's more signs of wear than what if consider excellent. The worst is at the top, above the screen is scratches and gouged. My phone case doesn't cover it but a good deal on a good phone. ... show more
