I must admit that I was slightly skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but this particular phone has opened my eyes to what's possible as I transitioned from a Sansung Galaxy A32 64GB to this masterpiece of a 256GB device! Even though I enjoyed my simple and uncomplicated A32 (which is perfect for luddites, by the way 😉), I remained unenvious of those who think spending BIG 💵💵💵💵 on a (smart) phone could ever be a good idea. But, with this purchase, I acquired the (secret) formula for having my 🍰 and eating it, too! Refurbished doesn't mean "second-hand" or "second-rate" in terms of quality, functionality, features and user-friendliness. I now see that it is possible to make a SMART phone purchase and not pay a DUMB price for it! When paired with a case and screen protector purchase from JETech (also available here on Amazon and reviewed separately) this was a quantum leap forward for me. The phone was in near perfect physical condition (only some minor scratches on the glass and a small gouge/dent on the metal border). This phone in it's satin-smooth, pearl-white finish is totally stunning and is as esthetically pleasing to look at as it is to hold. Samsung also packed a TON of goodies into this small device! It has performed nothing short of flawlessly out of the box and set-up using the Smart Switch App, though initially challenging, worked exceptionally well in the end! I may recommend getting a transfer USB-C Type cable to facilitate a (faster and hassle-free?) transfer from one phone to the other, though. But, so far, I do not regret this absolutely 💯 phone purchase!! A small sacrifice of that "new phone smell" 😉 did NOT mean a sacrifice of functionality and features AT ALL!! ... show more

This refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 5G is just like a new one. After transferring the SIM card I ran the data transfer program. It took a long time to complete the transfer, but it did a very good job. There were a few programs I needed to reload, but that was not a big deal. The phone is a bit different from my old Samsung Galaxy S10, but I was able to get to all the feature I needed. All in all I recommend this refurbished phone because it is significantly less expensive than a new model and it has all the features and storage I require. ... show more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I tried once. To work with them and of course that was a waste of my time. I talk to text because of my hands but I have to spend just as much time fixing it because it puts in so many periods everywhere that you can't understand what I'm saying, but the words problem is the minute I walk out my door it shuts my Wi-Fi off. My son text me yesterday. I've called you 4 times are you shut down? My brother just texted me this morning. I called you 4 times yesterday and twice this morning is your phone off? The phone was beautiful, in like-new condition, but unfortunately the phone had little-to-no service. I got lost using the GPS because the phone loses service constantly. I wasnt able to load coupons and barcodes using online mode for transactions, and the phone was almost constantly in "emergency call only" mode. When I turned on the phone, it looked like it was set for AT&T, I have Verizon, maybe that was the issue, but the seller listed the phone as OPEN for all carriers. Probably wont try a refurbished phone again. I'm so sad because it is an awesome deal, versus going to Verizon and purchasing brand new. ... show more
