Absolutely terrible experience I realized within just a few hours of placing my order that I had selected the wrong phone (this was for my son and he wanted a different one) and immediately tried to cancel—on the same day and again the next day. The item hadn’t even shipped yet (shipping wasn’t scheduled until Wednesday), but they still refused to cancel or refund my order. Now I’m stuck with a phone that overheats after 1 minute use and is so small it could fit in the palm of a toddler. The phone also seems very used and worn. Battery life is extremely short and charger that comes with it is very slow One of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. I'm an iPhone guy, wife is an android user, so it's a house divided haha. Anyway, it was time to replace her busted up phone and this is it. She's not too complicated, just needs to call, text, take photos and keep track of all the kid's activities. This checks all her boxes, it has a clear screen, was easy to set up to the wifi and connect to the bluetooth stuff. battery life seems to do her well as long as she doesn't go overboard on videos in the school pick up line. As for quality I always buy a case for any phone we use and she already has a small cracked line in the bottom corner. Is it the phone quality or the case? I purchased this phone for my mom since she wanted an unlocked phone, one which can be used internationally. The description led me to believe that this particular phone was the ideal. Unfortunately, when the I tried to setup the phone, put sim card in and tried to make contact, the phone wasn't connecting to any network. I went on YouTube to see if I could fix the issue and nothing that I tried works. My mom took the phone to her network provider, Metro PCS and was informed that the phone was locked and she had pay to get it unlocked. Therefore, it is safe to say that I was mislead by the product's advertisement and scammed into purchased. After that experience, I can now say the phone looks great, no chips or peels visible. Once connected to a network now, the service is constant. Battery life is fantastic. However, the phone seems to react slow to the touch whenever typing. ... show more
