This phone came in great condition! I couldn't see or detect scratches or dents know where!! it looks Brand spanking new !! I did have to charge it right away ,but it came with a HTC charger & cable so everything was as advertised. this phone is Wonderful! never have seen such camera & video quality it is untouchable!!! (iPhone what ???? ) move several steps over !! sound quality ,clarity, features all great !! it even automatically enhanced all my previous & video Galaxy A20 pictures transferred over what a difference!!👏 .This phone has tons of easy customizable options and operates smoothly. The only negative to me is it seems the battery drains faster than I thought ...but with a fast charger it's back 100% in no time honestly having it on the 120hz refresh rate either really pulls from the battery or maybe it's other settings .one last thing The gaming on this phone Ridiculous!! background details fully rendered and details I couldn't even see on my tablet or old phones hands down this is best value for a flagship phone you can get very happy with sound quality from calls etc. just need to see the longevity ... show more

The battery drains way too quick. At 100% it dies in less than 8hr. I DO NOT recommend buying from this vendor. It literally takes 12hr to charge I have pictures receipts. Will return this product EXTREMELY disappointing.

Phone came in near perfect condition. However the battery life was extremely poor and the sim card slot seemed to have a problem. After inserting the screen would display "Emergency calls only" and then randomly switch back to Verizon. I have returned the product and it was received by the seller but can't seem to contact the seller which makes me nervous about the refund ... show more
