I received my phone on time in perfect condition. No dents, scratches - nothing. Looked brand spanking new! Popped my SIM card in and everything works like a charm. Camera is AMAZING. I am a jewelry artist and taking photos of my opals has always been nearly impossible - even with my Canon. Not anymore. You can see all the colors & flash of them just like in real life. Oh! And the upload speeds to social media - I couldn't believe how quickly my videos upload now. I'm super impressed. I was looking at buying this from Samsung directly but it would've been almost twice the price and only 128 GB. I can't believe I got a perfect phone with 2x the storage space for wayyyy less in price. If you are thinking about it but nervous about getting off of Amazon, don't be. Delivery went smoothly - they alerted me when it was out for delivery and that gave me time to be ready to answer the door. Phone is excellent and I saved so much money. Also the only negative reviews I saw said that the phone wasn't unlocked and only worked for Verizon. I have AT&T and had no problems. I didn't have to contact them or anything. Worked right away! So I'm guessing that issue has been fixed. Lastly, the battery life is amazing. I use my phone a lot during the day - I haven't charged the phone now in about 48 hours and it's at 42%! Incredible! All in all, SOOOO happy with my purchase and highly recommend this phone!!

I'd like to start by saying i'm a Hurricane Helene survivor. I ordered this phone RIGHT before she hit here in northwest NC (Asheville), and wiped everything out including my job. After the disaster, wifi was a rare resource for a while, so I merely assumed that my phone's troubling inability to connect to service was temporary. When wifi returned, most cell towers were still knocked out and power was being restored all over the region, so it was no surprise that my phone was still unable to find a steady service connection. Slowly but surely as power was returned, other people were finding regular service. Not me! Oh no, I got to enjoy a frustrating rollercoaster of service disconnects, not receiving calls from my employer, missing important texts from people trying to check up on me and my father...these I only got to see when I restarted the phone after reconnecting to wifi. A trip to Charlotte was the teller when my phone never found service except for a few minutes after I rebooted it. Eventually, I could just manually reboot the sim card from settings and get the same 3mins of service experience before it would inevitably lose it. Well, silly little me just dismissed this cute little VOID sticker slapped at the bottom of the phone near the scuffed up charge port and sim card port -- ignore the shattered edges, this little treat happened the ONE time I dropped it in a BRAND NEW phone case. TBH the thing is so dang heavy I'm not surprised an Otterbox couldn't even save it from itself. But this sticker, man. I remember thinking "maybe it's voiding it as damage?" What a silly thought. They couldn't possibly sell me a broken phone! Pffffffffffffffff. Now I'm stuck with this ugly, broken brick, unable to afford a replacement because I'm on disaster financial aid and can't afford another meesely $350 device, and ATT absolutely REFUSES to let me buy a new sim card to test a desperate theory. I've been a long time customer of Samsung and you will not see me buying another; I'd rather be openly scammed by Apple, at least I know what to expect. Unfortunately, you can find articles dating back a couple years to this and the S22's release, discussing this exact issue with other providers. And can I just add that autocorrect is an embarrassing joke, like is it learning from 2yr olds, or just uneducated internet trolls because none of these words and capitalizations make any dang sense. TLDR; They might sell you a broken phone, and honestly it's kinda junk anyway.

It is a good device with great performance. I ordered the device in excellent condition and it arrived with some scratches on the sides of the cell phone. It also has some scratches around the rear camera space and some dirt. But in general the equipment works great and has excellent audio quality. The equipment is excellent to be renewed and its price is worth it.

I’m gonna be honest, I seen a good amount of bad reviews on here about this phone , for example about ordering a 250 something gb phone and receiving the 120 something gb, and seeing so many pictures of a broken phone received or scratched and color scratched off when you select excellent condition but I got mine today after waiting all day and this is how it looks and I’m super happy and excited, I switched over from an iPhone 13 Pro Max but I’ve owned a s21 base model before and I like it but it was just too small for me and at the time the s21 ultra was 1000 something so right now for 320 it’s definitely worth it to anyone tired of Apple making their iPhones slower, only thing they are doing is causing their users to swap to an older version of S series Samsungs for cheap because they never do anything to cause your phone to slow down on purpose.
