I received my phone on time in perfect condition. No dents, scratches - nothing. Looked brand spanking new! Popped my SIM card in and everything works like a charm. Camera is AMAZING. I am a jewelry artist and taking photos of my opals has always been nearly impossible - even with my Canon. Not anymore. You can see all the colors & flash of them just like in real life. Oh! Also the only negative reviews I saw said that the phone wasn't unlocked and only worked for Verizon. I have AT&T and had no problems. I didn't have to contact them or anything. Worked right away! So I'm guessing that issue has been fixed. Lastly, the battery life is amazing. I use my phone a lot during the day - I haven't charged the phone now in about 48 hours and it's at 42%! Incredible! This Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has exceeded my expectations so far. It checks most, if not all of the boxes for what I want/need from a phone. Great quality, great cameras, marathon runner of a battery (I can go over 2 full days on a single charge with moderate use), ample storage (I got the 256gb version), speakers sound great, calls and texts work flawlessly, it's quick and responsive, feels good in the hand and has really nice haptic feedback. The fingerprint reader works great. I'm coming over from a OnePlus device (6t), so I'm still getting used to Samsung's operating system, but I'm liking it more and more as I get accustomed to it. The device came with Android 12 installed, and with Samsung's software/security update schedule, I'm hoping to get several years out of this S21 Ultra. I have purchased renewed/refurbished devices before, and love the option to get a solid, quality phone at a fraction of the cost of new. I ended up purchasing for the seller Re-Cell because they had great reviews and one of the best prices. The device shipped quicker than expected and was in almost like new condition. The only signs that it wasn't a brand new device were a couple small (a few mm in length) micro-scratches on the screen that were barely visible when the light caught them just right. I'd like to start by saying i'm a Hurricane Helene survivor. I ordered this phone RIGHT before she hit here in northwest NC (Asheville), and wiped everything out including my job. After the disaster, wifi was a rare resource for a while, so I merely assumed that my phone's troubling inability to connect to service was temporary. When wifi returned, most cell towers were still knocked out and power was being restored all over the region, so it was no surprise that my phone was still unable to find a steady service connection. Slowly but surely as power was returned, other people were finding regular service. Not me! Oh no, I got to enjoy a frustrating rollercoaster of service disconnects, not receiving calls from my employer, missing important texts from people trying to check up on me and my father...these I only got to see when I restarted the phone after reconnecting to wifi. A trip to Charlotte was the teller when my phone never found service except for a few minutes after I rebooted it. Eventually, I could just manually reboot the sim card from settings and get the same 3mins of service experience before it would inevitably lose it. Well, silly little me just dismissed this cute little VOID sticker slapped at the bottom of the phone near the scuffed up charge port and sim card port -- ignore the shattered edges, this little treat happened the ONE time I dropped it in a BRAND NEW phone case. TBH the thing is so dang heavy I'm not surprised an Otterbox couldn't even save it from itself. But this sticker, man. I remember thinking "maybe it's voiding it as damage?" What a silly thought. They couldn't possibly sell me a broken phone! Pffffffffffffffff. Now I'm stuck with this ugly, broken brick, unable to afford a replacement because I'm on disaster financial aid and can't afford another meesely $350 device, and ATT absolutely REFUSES to let me buy a new sim card to test a desperate theory. I've been a long time customer of Samsung and you will not see me buying another; I'd rather be openly scammed by Apple, at least I know what to expect. Unfortunately, you can find articles dating back a couple years to this and the S22's release, discussing this exact issue with other providers. And can I just add that autocorrect is an embarrassing joke, like is it learning from 2yr olds, or just uneducated internet trolls because none of these words and capitalizations make any dang sense. TLDR; They might sell you a broken phone, and honestly it's kinda junk anyway. ... show more

We ordered a Samsung S21 Ultra and that is what we received. It appeared to be in excellent condition. However, this was an enterprise phone previously owned by a company and the firmware was secured by that company which disallowed factory reset or even loading Smartswitch or any other software. Further, the use was restricted by the company that previously (or maybe even currently) owned the phone. Further, the company who owned this phone still had control of it. In order to work, this phone needed new firmware or OS loaded via Odin. I was not willing to do all that so we sent it back and were assured of a replacement. Be wary of used/refurbished phones. We are awaiting a replacement and hope it is a full functioning device. Edit - we returned the phone and asked for a replacement. We received one in short order. It was in very good to excellent condition and had all the features we expected and was NOT an enterprise phone so worked just fine. The S21 Ultra is one of the best phones Samsung.made after the S3 IMO. I have upped my rating to 4 star. ... show more

I ordered an (excellent) condition phantom black 256GB model. The phone arrived with a USB-C to USB-C cable as advertised, a 15 watt travel adapter which works well without overheating, and a sim tray removal tool. There is an extremely small spot near the top of the phone where the paint is missing, which doesn't bother me at all. The power button feels slightly loose. However, even new S21 Ultras straight from Samsung can have this problem. It's just a problem with the phone itself and it doesn't really bother me. I have seen some people on other sites really complain about this though. The phone came with a screen protector (possibly original) still on the screen and even the protector was scratch free. Although there is a sort of bend line or bubble line running vertically through the protector just over half way up the screen. The phone has a little bit of Verizon bloatware and starts up on a Verizon intro. However, my T-Mobile based network sim card worked in it. I seem to be having trouble sending MMS, but I have no idea of the root of this issue. I suspect it to be a problem with the network configuration/phone combo. All-in-all, it's an excellent phone and I don't regret the purchase the slightest bit! ... show more

It's always a little concerning to buy used phone. I had to upgrade from my Note 9 though and this is turned out to be a great experience. Everything worked on the phone, it was in the condition I expected with just a little wear around the camera area, functionality was perfect, and the battery life seems to be quite healthy. Un solo detalle, la calara frontal comenzó a llenarse de pequeñas partículas de polvo o residuo. Esto hará que tenga que reemplazar esas piezas, pero es un equipo reparado.
