I'm so happy with my new phone, I love the Galaxy phones. I would give it a 5 star but I took off a star because I had to buy it twice. The first time the phone was locked and I had to send it back to the sellers to get it fixed and I had to pay for the shipping and it was a mess. They ended up not being able to fix it and they refunded me. I took a chance again and saw when they got their stock back up, I bought one. The second phone works perfect and was unlocked this time. I took a chance because I really wanted it and my husband previously bought one and had no issues. I'm so happy with my new phone it's fantastic. It has the best camera in my opinion. ... show more

The description says that is a refurbished excellent condition phone, the screen is perfect probably have been reemplased, the phone works good but the condition of the frame and the cameras has a lot of dents and I feel like I been scammed, I will not return the phone just because I bought it has a secondary work phone and I was looking for cheap performance cellphone and I guess you get what you pay for. Just be aware if you buying this as your main cellphone i do not recommend this refurbished ones, they always will have damage on them, I was expecting minor scratches not big damage like I show on the pictures. Another thing when I open the orders to leave this review the same excellent condition phone price was $20 less than I have pay for in les than 4 hours because I ordered at 11am and was delivered in the afternoon prime same day. ... show more

The price and performance has been great, the different features of the phone like the fingerprint reader etc. work great. The phone came literally as described and better than expected, the screen quality is excellent, the fingerprint reader works it functions as described the battery life lasts long and the phone does not overheat, not to mention the 100x zoom , I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a phone, mine did not have any scratches or damage. FIRST CONDITION EXCELLENT: I bought one a month or two ago and out of the box I noticed that some scratches were on the charging port I ordered it in excellent condition other than I haven't had issues with the phone, not laggy, or weird screen problems, multiple times it has fallen out of my pocket with no phone case and hasn't had significant damage all I did was buy a screen protector and it looks exactly as it did when I bought it SECOND CONDITION GOOD: BUT I ORDER A SECOND PHONE for my girlfriend for Christmas and a day or two later a mark appeared on the top right corner and the phone came with a screen protector so we returned that one and bought another one and THIRD CONDITION EXCELLENT: I had another screen protector that we put on the new one, this time the screen looks wavy, at this time I'm not sure if it's the phone or the screen protector, once we get another screen protector I'll update. ... show more

I truly loved this phone and it worked fantastically for about 3 weeks... However out of the blue one day it refused to recognize my phone service unless I was connected to a wifi. I thought it may bey phone carrier and took it up with them first. However after numerous troubleshooting and even swaping the sim cards it was determined that the phone had a software glitch of some kind and I was left with no option but to return it. I am currently waiting on a refund and fully intend to purchase another one with hope I'll have better luck this time around. ... show more
