The media could not be loaded. Face recognition is good during the morning, not bad at low light intensity. Fingerprint reader works well with no screen protector . All screen protectors I tried didn’t work. Battery with intense usage is not the best, average users can get up to 8/9hours autonomy . Fast charge is great! Memory ROM & RAM as describe. I bought this NEW S21 Ultra based on reviews and extensive research via Google and YouTube and found a less then impressive camera (of which was boasted as a better option to newer versions of the cellphone) the pictures are either blurry (even with stablization), and colours are off almost completely,then there's the heating up almost always as long as the phone is on and used whether it be for just normal social media or just taking pics or even just going through the phone, battery needs to be recharged every 2-3 hours because it goes flat as soon as you unlock the phone. Then there's the delays in operation and/or just simply freezing and shutting down apps that was being used. So I would recommend for you to comsider just staying away from the cellphone itself or the purchase thereof as it could be a manufacturing problem or it could be just the phone that I was sold is NOT exactly what it was, as advertised. ... show more

    • AT&T worked, and then a plan change killed it. Switched to Google Fi
I had an old AT&T data plan. When I bought the phone I swapped the sim and it worked great. When I changed to a more recent AT&T 5g plan, the phone stopped working and AT&T tech support tried everything and gave up on me. I was forced to change providers to use this phone. I changed to Google FI and it's been working great. It worked on AT&T's network for a month, but somehow they way they do accounts now blocks it. .... bummed, it's a nice phone. ... show more
