Everything looks and works great!
Color: Phantom Violet Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
This is the second device I bought. As it is renewed, it is heavily discounted. Everything is much better than you can expect from a 220-dollar phone: incredible camera (I had an s21 ultra before, and the pictures are almost the same if zoom is not that important to you), 120 hz display is buttery smooth, excellent speed, and most importantly fantastic battery life. It is probably the best value phone in the market. You will have a premium experience with an entry-level price tag. If used or renewed does not bother you much, go for it, you will not regret it. And as Amazon allows a 90-day return policy, you can rest assured. Extra note: avoid buying from GreenTech Refurbished, the first one I bought from them, it was cosmetically very poor with super deep scratches on the screen even sometimes visible while the screen is on MANY THANKS, Seller Cellmigo, they are amazing, sent me almost like a new product even though I ordered good condition. So buy from them if available ... show more

Phone Lasted 9 Months
Color: Phantom Black Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
We got this phone for my son in April 2024. First impression was good, but the phone seemed suspicious in multiple different ways. The phone screen was curved inwards from top to bottom down the middle. Got it started up and running and everything seemed fine so we forgot about it. I noticed a couple differences in the way the phone worked compared to my own S21+ that I got from T-Mobile. Between that and the phone screen being messed up it kind of made me feel like this phone was only made to LOOK like an S21+. Now throughout this past 9 months the screen has been slowly messing up with pixels burning out and black spots showing up for no reason. The phone hasn't been dropped or mishandled or anything like that. Now today the screen has shut off completely and the phone won't turn back on. Would not recommend, very sketchy stuff going on with this phone and it doesn't last. -Bad screen replacement -Phone screen started going bad around 4 months and gradually got worse until it cut out a little over 9 months. -Systems didn't run correctly like normal S21+ phones. For example: the normal keyboard for the phone was designed like an iPhone which isn't normal at all. -Ads would pop up randomly when opening apps that had nothing to do with ads. For example: If you opened Chrome an Ad would have to play before you were able to use the browser. ***Would not recommend this phone.*** ... show more

The charger died after 1 hour of use, It burnt up and I wasn't at home while it remained plugged into my power bar so that could have costed me my home. Do not use the charger that came with the phone because this experience alone is very serious. ( I know it was about 1 hour of use because I didn't notice until a couple hours later that my phone didn't completely charge even though it had ample time to do so (about 2 hours worth of time ) ) The phone it self came with a few nicks as I had purchased the "excellent condition" option which is okay because otherwise the phone was only very slightly dirty on the edges but no scratches/dent/marks/anything to make the phone NOT "excellent condition". The phone comes with 2 pieces of paper, one explaining how its "unlocked" and another that says its from verizon. It is completely unlocked and worked with metro which is a T-mobile network so it should realistically work for others on GSM networks aswell. ... show more

Great Phone just like new
Color: Phantom Black Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
10/10 this product is absolutely amazing! No scratches or scuffs on the device. The battery life is still good display is still great and most importantly IT'S NOT A FAKE MODEL!!!!!. I'm someone who likes the s21+ model better then the current models design wise and I'm so glad I was able to get another s21+ since I traded my original one in years ago. Now the box did not come with the correct Samsung charger brick but that's no problem since I have the original still. All in all 10/10 on my book ... show more
