I dropped and broke my s22 ultra and was needing a phone asap cause I was about to travel. I looked around town at local sellers but they all wanted outrageous prices, and you never really know what you're gonna yet. Especially where I live. I decided to check Amazon renewed phones just for my trip and I'm glad I did. This phone came in faster than I could get my s22 ultra replaced, and was in perfect condition when it arrived. Not a single scratch on it. The battery life was still good, and didn't drain quickly. It was also factory unlocked like it said, so I popped my sim in (xfinity mobile) and it worked perfectly. It even had the xfinity loading screen now at the beginning. I guess I got the luck of the draw compared to some of the comments on here. I have zero complaints. I just got my new s22 ultra back today, but I haven't transfered anything or swapped it back. I'm thinking I'm just gonna roll with this one for now, and keep my ultra for backup. ... show more

This phone was in like new condition. No marks, scratches or blemishes. Almost full battery life (one of the reasons I purchased this phone is because it has 4800 mAh and none of the iPhones I reviewed had anything that close). Battery life was one of my main features I wanted. Came in a white box, nicely package but it came with an iPhone charging cable instead of the USB C cable. No big deal to me because I had ordered extra cables (I put one in all my cars). I contacted the seller who responded in less than 12 hours and had already shipped me another one. I also did not have to return the iPhone cable. Also, there are at least two reviews done on this phone in 2023 on YouTube letting you know it was still a phone worth purchasing. It was very easy to have it switched from the iPhone to the Samsung. I just went into the Verizon store and they did it for me. None of my pictures transferred so make sure you save them which I did before taking it in. The only down side, which I expected. was I had to load all my apps again. But it was so much easier to create folders and add apps to the folder verses the iPhone. I loaded all my apps first. Than created my folders, than when the folder was created there was a + (plus) sign, when you clicked on it than it took you to a list of all your apps (in alphabetic order), than you just clicked on all the apps you wanted to add to that folder and they were added all at once. Unlike my iPhone which I had to drag every apps individually to the folder. I had always had an android until my last phone which was an iPhone. It was a 6s plus so it tells you I had plenty of time to learn it. Went back to an android. Main reason is because pictures are so much easier to move from folder to computer and better battery life. Half my family have Androids and half have iPhone. One reason I was hesitant about switching back is because of Air Drop but Samsung has Private Share that works the same. So it will just be like before. I can share with half my family and half I won't be able to. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to use it. Creating folders was the hardest to find. Fresh Manuals has manuals you can down load for the phone. A side note: Took me forever to figure out how to create a folder. What you do is make sure you have two apps for that folder on the home page. Than all you do is drag one on top of the other. How to drag apps is just hold your finger on the app. ... show more

Phone overheated very badly when charged and had a burn mark on the screen. Very short battery life. I returned it and the seller received it back the very next day, over a week ago. Still no refund in site, my refund shows "delayed" for no reason. I have ordered phones through amazon in the past without issues and had planned to replace this one when my refund was processed. I now would not recommend purchasing a phone through Amazon to anyone, unless you have another phone to use while they take their time giving back your money. And you are willing to gamble that the replacement phone will not be a piece of crap marked "excellent condition". I have learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame on you..... ... show more

I love this phone so far. I needed a phone for a decent price (due to my carrier claiming they'd fix my old phone with my protection plan and thet didn't, and I don't care to give them another dime) and this one fit the bill. It really is like new, very minor scratches in unnoticeable places and the screen was in perfect condition. The only issue I have is the battery. It seems to die rather quickly. Like now for instance, I just unplugged it 5 minutes ago for the morning and it's already down to 95%. It will stay put there for a while though. Thankfully my lifestyle is relatively accommodating and I can charge it whenever and I knew this was a potential problem when purchasing a refurb, but I guess I didn't anticipate it being *this* extreme. Overall though, I do think I'll be continuing to do the refurb purchases. Heck, it's not giving the big guys any more money and it's good for the environment. ... show more

10/10 this product is absolutely amazing! No scratches or scuffs on the device. The battery life is still good display is still great and most importantly IT'S NOT A FAKE MODEL!!!!!. I'm someone who likes the s21+ model better then the current models design wise and I'm so glad I was able to get another s21+ since I traded my original one in years ago. Now the box did not come with the correct Samsung charger brick but that's no problem since I have the original still. All in all 10/10 on my book ... show more
