The refurbished/renewed cellular phone market is really a jungle. You have to be careful and really inspect the product you receive. The Samsung Galaxy s21 plus that I purchased was quoted as in excellent condition. However it had multiple scratches on the screen, chips in the frame and even after a full software update the phone had no Wi-Fi calling capabilities. Bottom line is that if you're going to pay $385 for a 3-year-old phone it better be in perfect condition. Nice phone, big and looks good. Only thing I have issue with is it lacks l.e.d. lights on the screen to alert you to notifications like texts and voice mail. I tend to miss the initial notification and its nice to be able to glance at a phone and see the light saying there is a message. This doesn't have that. You can set up an audio reminder but I don't want it beeping every three minutes all night. ... show more
