The photos are incredibly sharp and full of detail. Whether I'm taking pictures during the day or at night, the results are consistently great. I used to go to Back Market for ALL my Samsung Galaxies and accessories. Everything I own practically came from the 2nd-hand store, why pay top dollar when I don't need to, until I read their reviews recently, that is. They seemed to have gone downhill since I last ordered my previous S105G phone. I heard good things about Amazon's refurbished equipment, so I thought to give it a try. I'm glad I did too, because I couldn't be happier or more satisfied, so far. The phone is in beautiful shape with no defects, looking brand new, for a much better price than buying brand new, saving Hundreds of dollars. Talk about a cheap upgrade, why isn't everyone doing this? There's so much waste in the world, why should I contribute when I don't need to? Saving a lot of money in the meantime, and I'm all about that. It's kinda like being a smart consumer and buying a pre-owned automobile for the savings and sanity. So far, the phone is treating me well and I have no complaints. I was very surprised at the speed of delivery, especially when your phone's battery is dying slowly and barely keeping a charge. I love my new(used) S21+5g, which is old in terms of computer/electronic equipment. But a major step up from the S105g I was using. Faster Everything. I'm a happy camper and will NEVER own or buy a brand new device, due to the outrageous pricing out of the gate, especially for a quality phone. This phone's system is a major upgrade, to me. Even though it's years old in operating systems, which I can't tell, it's a way better system than I was using and is smarter. An excellent-condition phone, with way more capabilities for pennies on the dollar, is a smart move in my book. I just hope nothing goes wrong. But if it does, it's not a thousand plus dollars, I'd be out just a couple hundred, comparatively. Satisfied to the bone, I am, and no one is gonna tell me differently. The phone sounds good and is built to last. Thank you, Amazon, for coming through legitimately and without breaking the bank or ending up owing money every month on some brand-new device I don't need. Just because the wastful companies of the world have to be making them a new system evey year, don't mean I have to break myself to have one for no apparent reason other than "keeping up with the Jones's", to have one, only for it to be outdated in a year, before I'm done paying it off. No thanks, I'll take my chances with refurbished, and now, most have an insurance plan for a couple of dollars a month, which helps ease the burden of not knowing what you may run into either. ... show more

I had high hopes about this phone.. It's supposed to be in excellent condition!! It is not.. I am very disappointed in the condition of this phone.. excellent condition is supposed to be free of blemishes in almost new condition.. this phone is not!! I'm very disappointed.. the paint is chipped and faded all the way around the phone.. it's very worn!! And big scratches on the back of it!! ... show more

Ordered as a replacement after my old phone suddenly stopped working. If I didn't know any better, I would not think it was used. It still gets all the proper software updates. I like the amount of storage (though I miss when Samsung phones still let you add a memory card to expand). Charging is relatively quick. Ended up buying this phone on Black Friday Sale. After reading through the other reviews I was beyond scared that the phone wasn't going to be great like the ad says. Showed up very fast, an to my surprise whenever I opened it the phone looked amazing. No scratches on the screen, nor the back glass. It was so easy to switch from my old phone to this phone in a matter of seconds. Bluetooth an Wifi works an connects without any issues. I have notice that the battery life felt like it wasn't holding a charge until I found that I was using an older cord than the original cord that came with the phone. Ended up switching it out an it charges so fast an lasts almost all day with a full charge. I will have to add that the only flaw that I had with this product was a few scratches right beside my camera area, but it doesn't caused any problems with the back camera's. ... show more
