The seller sent me an unlocked phone from Europe. The software operating system is corrupt and phone keeps freezing. Because it's from Europe, no one in the United States can re-download the operating system, so the phone freezes and won't work properly. And, of course, the window for return closed 2 weeks ago, so I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly, and my only means to get it fixed is to send it directly to Samsung with a 4-6 week wait. I'm supposed to go without a phone for 4-6 weeks. I would not buy from this seller. ... show more

I decided to wait a few days before writing my review...and my phone came from RE-CELL. First off, I ordered this the Friday before Labor Day. Estimated arrival date was the following Friday. They shipped it the VERY NEXT DAY (Saturday). So, I had high hopes of getting it early. I was pleasantly surprised to get it on Tuesday! The condition was amazing. Not a scratch on it! I went into the phone info to confirm it actually was the s21+ with 256GB storage....and it is. I bought black because it was cheapest and I was getting a case anyway. It came with a charging cord, wall plug, and the tool to open the SIM card door. No issues with setting up and it's unlocked so I saw the change right away in my phone plan. Battery lasts all day with lots of use, unlike my old phone. I also appreciate that it was packaged snugly to avoid damage during delivery. Great phone and great job by RE-CELL on the fast delivery! I love every aspect of this phone. Though biased because I am a samsung lover. This is one of the best products I have bought so far. Still figuring out the phone day by day. But if someone can help me figure out how to add my spotify to my lock screen to where I can change my song without having to unlock it and etc. I'd really appreciate it very much hehe. I am techny savvy as all get out and it is throwing me for a loop on that. This is the 2nd phone I've purchased from this seller over the last 7 years and I'm very pleased. Phone arrived and was ready to work. My last Samsung also served me well for 3-4 years. I had an Apple in between that was from another seller that did not work too well and lasted under 1 yr. I have not had any issues with this seller so not sure type of response you may get.
